【摘要】:醫(yī)德作為一種特殊的職業(yè)道德,它涉及的是生命、疾病和健康等人類最切身的利益。因此在高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育中,醫(yī)德教育占有重要地位。醫(yī)學(xué)院校大學(xué)生是我國醫(yī)療事業(yè)的接班人,其醫(yī)德素質(zhì)的好壞直接關(guān)系到我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的健康和諧發(fā)展。然而,近年來,在利益的驅(qū)使下,傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)德觀念受到?jīng)_擊,我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的“醫(yī)德滑坡”現(xiàn)象。加之,醫(yī)學(xué)的飛速發(fā)展和醫(yī)學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,以及當(dāng)前大學(xué)生主體思想特征的變化,使得當(dāng)前醫(yī)學(xué)院校的醫(yī)德教育面臨諸多新的問題與挑戰(zhàn)。本研究在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了《醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問卷》,對牡丹江醫(yī)學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)類專業(yè)的280名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和分析,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)的調(diào)研結(jié)果,立足于當(dāng)前醫(yī)學(xué)大學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,分析了醫(yī)學(xué)院校大學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育存在的問題及原因。主要問題有:醫(yī)德認(rèn)知教育有待加強(qiáng);醫(yī)德教育內(nèi)容陳舊、與現(xiàn)實(shí)脫節(jié);醫(yī)德教育的教學(xué)手段單一;醫(yī)德教育的實(shí)效性有待增強(qiáng)等。并從外界環(huán)境因素、學(xué)校自身因素、教學(xué)醫(yī)院因素及醫(yī)學(xué)大學(xué)生的自身因素等四個(gè)方面分析了當(dāng)前醫(yī)學(xué)大學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育問題的成因。最后提出了加強(qiáng)當(dāng)前醫(yī)學(xué)院校大學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育的對策:一是要轉(zhuǎn)變醫(yī)德教育觀念;二是要完善醫(yī)德教育體系;三是要優(yōu)化醫(yī)德教育環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:As a special kind of professional ethics, medical ethics involves the most vital interests of human beings, such as life, disease and health. Therefore, in higher medical education, Medical ethics education plays an important role. Medical college students are the successors of medical service in China. The quality of medical ethics is directly related to the healthy and harmonious development of medical and health care in our country. However, in recent years, driven by interests, the quality of medical ethics is closely related to the healthy and harmonious development of our country's medical and health care. The traditional concept of medical ethics has been impacted, the medical and health industry in China has seen a serious "decline in medical ethics" phenomenon. In addition, the rapid development of medicine and the transformation of medical model, as well as the current changes in the main ideological characteristics of college students. The current medical ethics education in medical colleges is faced with many new problems and challenges. This paper designs a questionnaire on the current situation of medical ethics education of medical students, and makes a questionnaire survey and analysis of 280 medical students majoring in medical science in Mudanjiang Medical College, and combines with the survey results of domestic authoritative organizations. Based on the actual situation of medical college students at present, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of medical moral education for medical college students. The main problems are: medical moral cognition education needs to be strengthened, medical moral education content is old, and it is out of touch with reality. The teaching method of medical ethics education is single, the actual effect of medical moral education needs to be enhanced, and from the external environment factors, the school itself factors, This paper analyzes the causes of medical moral education of medical college students from four aspects: the factors of teaching hospital and the medical students themselves. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the medical moral education of medical college students: first, it should be changed. Changing the concept of medical ethics education; The second is to perfect the educational system of medical ethics, and the third is to optimize the educational environment of medical ethics.
