【摘要】：在教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,知識始終是研究的核心主題。教師實踐性知識概念的提出,為教師專業(yè)化的發(fā)展提供了基礎(chǔ),體現(xiàn)教師知識的關(guān)注開始從學(xué)術(shù)過渡到實踐。在教師教育一體化的推動下,關(guān)注師范生實踐性知識的存在,充分體現(xiàn)對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的自主性訴求。本研究在教師實踐性知識研究成果梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,通過論述師范生對實踐性知識的認(rèn)知、師范生實踐性知識的掌握情況、發(fā)展途徑和影響因素,呈現(xiàn)了師范生實踐性知識的實然狀態(tài)。為了解實踐性知識在師范生群體中的狀況,本研究采用問卷調(diào)查法,以H大學(xué)中參加過教育實習(xí)的師范生為研究對象。問卷融合了前人對教師實踐性知識的研究結(jié)果,并根據(jù)師范生的實際情況進(jìn)行了修改,最終編制成師范生實踐性知識的調(diào)查問卷。研究基于問卷的數(shù)據(jù)分析,最終形成了對師范生實踐性知識的整體認(rèn)識。通過討論和分析,本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)師范生通過微格教學(xué)、自我反思、教育實習(xí)等途徑形成了以學(xué)生知識為核心的實踐性知識,其發(fā)展并受到主體性經(jīng)驗、互動性經(jīng)驗和理論性經(jīng)驗三類因素交互作用的影響。最后基于研究結(jié)果,筆者在結(jié)論中提出相應(yīng)的建議以促進(jìn)師范生實踐性知識的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the process of teachers' professional development, knowledge is always the core theme of the research.The concept of teacher's practical knowledge provides the foundation for the development of teacher's specialization, and reflects the concern of teacher's knowledge begins to transition from academic to practical.Under the promotion of the integration of teacher education, attention is paid to the existence of practical knowledge of normal school students, which fully reflects the independent demand for teachers' professional development.Based on the research results of teachers' practical knowledge, this study discusses the students' cognition of practical knowledge, their mastery of practical knowledge, the way of development and the influencing factors.It presents the actual state of practical knowledge of normal school students.In order to understand the situation of practical knowledge in teachers' college students, this study adopts the questionnaire method, and takes the normal college students who have participated in the educational practice in H University as the research objects.The questionnaire combines the previous research results of teachers' practical knowledge, and according to the actual situation of teachers' students, it is revised and finally compiled into a questionnaire of teachers' students' practical knowledge.The research based on questionnaire data analysis, and finally formed a general understanding of the practical knowledge of normal school students.Through discussion and analysis, it is found that teachers' students form practical knowledge with students' knowledge as the core through microteaching, self-reflection and educational practice, which develops and receives subjective experience.Interactive experience and theoretical experience of the interaction of three factors.Finally, based on the research results, the author puts forward some suggestions in order to promote the development of practical knowledge.
