【摘要】：隨著高等教育改革進程的持續(xù)深化，我國高校學生管理工作的傳統(tǒng)方式被打破，，其理念、機制、方式、途徑等都需要進一步創(chuàng)新。 獨立學院是我國高等教育的一個重要組成部分，作為一種按照民辦機制運營的中國特色高校，獨立學院對我國的高等教育大眾化的推動作用不容忽視。獨立學院在管理體制、辦學機制、學生特點等各個方面都有自己的獨特之處，這種現(xiàn)實情況要求獨立學院的學生管理工作必須要具有自身的特色，而不能夠照搬照抄普通本科高校的現(xiàn)有模式。為了實現(xiàn)更好的管理效果，有必要對獨立學院的學生管理工作進一步改進。 本文立足于獨立學院學生管理工作改革這一出發(fā)點，首先分析了我國獨立學院學生管理工作的現(xiàn)狀，肯定其取得的成績，指出存在的主要問題，并對獨立學院學生管理工作的影響因素進行深入剖析，指出對獨立學院學生管理工作進行改革的必要性。 針對所提出的問題，筆者從學生管理工作理念、學生管理機制、學生管理隊伍素質(zhì)、學生管理載體四大方面，提出了獨立學院學生管理工作的改進措施。 案例部分，筆者以自己的工作單位為例，詳細闡述了所提出的學生管理工作改革對策在實踐中應(yīng)用情況。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of the reform process of higher education, the traditional ways of student management in colleges and universities in China have been broken, and their concepts, mechanisms, methods and approaches need to be further innovated. Independent college is an important part of higher education in our country. As a kind of university with Chinese characteristics operated according to the private management mechanism, the independent college can not be ignored in promoting the popularization of higher education in our country. All aspects such as the mechanism of running a school and the characteristics of students have their own unique features. This realistic situation requires that the student management work of independent colleges must have its own characteristics. In order to achieve better management effect, it is necessary to further improve the student management of independent colleges. Based on the starting point of the reform of student management in independent colleges, this paper first analyzes the present situation of student management in independent colleges in China, affirms its achievements, and points out the main problems. This paper also analyzes the influencing factors of student management in independent colleges and points out the necessity of reforming student management in independent colleges. Aiming at the problems raised, the author puts forward the improvement measures of student management in independent college from four aspects: the concept of student management, the mechanism of student management, the quality of student management team and the carrier of student management. In the part of case, the author takes his own work unit as an example, and expounds in detail the application of the countermeasures of student management reform in practice.
