【摘要】:黨的第十八次全國代表大會上,胡錦濤同志明確提出要扎實推進(jìn)社會主義文化強(qiáng)國建設(shè),加強(qiáng)社會主義核心價值體系建設(shè),深入開展社會主義核心價值體系學(xué)習(xí)教育。高校校園文化是一種亞文化形態(tài),隸屬于社會文化,是社會主義先進(jìn)文化的有機(jī)組成部分,是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)青年學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效途徑。營造良好的高校校園文化有利于更好地發(fā)揮其育人功能,從而更好地達(dá)到育人效果。青年學(xué)生置身于校園文化環(huán)境中,無時無刻不受到校園文化環(huán)境的熏陶和感染,受到良好校風(fēng)、教風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)的影響,從而使他們從中陶冶情操,,受到啟迪,養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣。進(jìn)入新時期,我國高校的校園文化環(huán)境發(fā)生了很大變化,這就使得高校校園文化的育人功能逐漸式微,面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)和問題,面臨著深入改革和開拓創(chuàng)新的新局面。因此,認(rèn)識和挖掘高校校園文化的育人功能,是努力拓展新時期青年學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效途徑。 本文立足于當(dāng)前高校校園文化的育人現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合當(dāng)前黨的十八大的重要思想,閱讀了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,查閱了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),得出了一些新啟示和新感悟,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對高校校園文化的育人功能進(jìn)行了再探索和再分析。本文具體從六個部分進(jìn)行闡述:第一部分緒論,主要論述本文的選題背景與基本立意,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及本文的研究意義。第二部分是校園文化的概念界定。這部分主要闡述校園文化的內(nèi)涵、特征、功能、建設(shè)的意義等。第三部分論述高校校園文化的育人功能。這部分主要介紹校園文化育人功能的內(nèi)涵、內(nèi)容、途徑及其理論基礎(chǔ)。第四部分是對當(dāng)前高校校園文化育人的現(xiàn)狀及原因分析。這部分主要包括兩個方面,一個是當(dāng)前高校校園文化環(huán)境下實現(xiàn)育人功能的現(xiàn)狀分析,另一個是存在問題的原因分析。第五部分講述強(qiáng)化校園文化育人功能的對策研究。這部分主要從四個方面來闡述,第一是校園文化實現(xiàn)育人功能應(yīng)遵循的原則,第二是校園文化實現(xiàn)育人功能的方式,第三是新時期高校校園文化實現(xiàn)育人功能的方向和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),第四是高校校園文化實現(xiàn)育人功能的對策。第六部分是后記,對全文進(jìn)行概括性的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:At the 18th National Congress of the Party, Comrade Hu Jintao clearly proposed that we should firmly promote the building of a socialist cultural power, strengthen the construction of the socialist core value system, and carry out in-depth study and education on the socialist core value system.College campus culture is a kind of subcultural form, subordinate to social culture, and an organic part of socialist advanced culture. It is an effective way to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of young students.Creating a good campus culture is beneficial to bring its educational function into full play and achieve better educational effect.Young students are exposed to the campus cultural environment and are influenced by the good school spirit, the teaching style and the style of study, so that they can cultivate their sentiment and be inspired by the cultural environment of the campus all the time.Develop good behavior habits.In the new era, great changes have taken place in the campus culture environment of our country's colleges and universities, which makes the educational function of university campus culture gradually decline, facing new challenges and problems, and facing a new situation of deep reform and pioneering innovation.Therefore, it is an effective way to develop the ideological and political education of young students in the new period.Based on the current situation of education of campus culture in colleges and universities, combined with the important thoughts of the 18th National Congress of the Party, this paper read the relevant documents, consulted the relevant data, obtained some new revelations and new insights, and on this basis,This paper explores and reanalyzes the educational function of campus culture in colleges and universities.The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the background and basic ideas of this paper, the research status at home and abroad and the significance of this paper.The second part is the definition of campus culture.This part mainly elaborates the connotation, the characteristic, the function, the construction significance and so on of the campus culture.The third part discusses the educational function of campus culture in colleges and universities.This part mainly introduces the connotation, content, approach and theoretical basis of the educational function of campus culture.The fourth part is the current situation and reason analysis of campus culture education in colleges and universities.This part mainly includes two aspects, one is the analysis of the current situation of realizing the function of educating people under the current university campus culture environment, the other is the analysis of the reasons for the problems.The fifth part discusses the countermeasures of strengthening the function of campus culture education.This part is mainly elaborated from four aspects. The first is the principle that the campus culture should follow to realize the function of educating people, and the second is the way in which the campus culture realizes the function of educating people.The third is the direction and strategic goal of realizing the educational function of university campus culture in the new period, and the fourth is the countermeasures to realize the educational function of university campus culture.The sixth part is a summary of the full text.
