【摘要】：摘要內(nèi)容：現(xiàn)如今，民辦高校在我國高等學(xué)校中所占比例逐年提高，其發(fā)展勢頭良好，但教學(xué)的師資卻成為民辦高校發(fā)展的負(fù)推動因素。民辦高校人事管理突出的特色就是師資結(jié)構(gòu)多元化、完全的聘任制度和靈活的分配機(jī)制，但是民辦高校在人才的引進(jìn)、使用和穩(wěn)定方面卻存在許多問題。 在科學(xué)技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn)和信息量急劇增長的情況下，建立功能齊全人事管理信息系統(tǒng)是做好高校教師隊伍管理的前提，也是為校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策科學(xué)化提供基礎(chǔ)保證。特別是在夾縫中生存，靠特色立足的民辦高校。面對社會環(huán)境的快速發(fā)展變化，以往信息決策方法已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)發(fā)展的需要，尤其是靠特色立足的民辦高校對新型信息管理系統(tǒng)的需要更加迫切。 本文在對河北傳媒學(xué)院人事處進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了人事信息管理的現(xiàn)狀和用戶需求，建立了高校人事信息管理系統(tǒng)的功能模型和信息模型。 文章給出了高校人事管理信息系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計；以SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫為核心，采用B／S架構(gòu)，設(shè)計和實(shí)現(xiàn)河北傳媒學(xué)院人事管理系統(tǒng)，利用Asp.net實(shí)現(xiàn)了B／S架構(gòu)。這個系統(tǒng)既能實(shí)現(xiàn)高校人事處內(nèi)部人員對人事信息的管理，又能滿足普通教職工的個人人事信息查詢；文章最后對高校人事管理信息進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的測試和分析 開發(fā)研制的人事管理系統(tǒng)促進(jìn)了河北傳媒學(xué)院人事管理工作向規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化方向發(fā)展，，從而進(jìn)一步推動學(xué)院工作的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Content: nowadays, the proportion of private colleges and universities in our country has increased year by year, and its development momentum is good. However, teachers in teaching have become a negative driving factor in the development of private colleges and universities. The outstanding features of personnel management in private colleges and universities are the diversity of teacher structure, the complete employment system and the flexible distribution mechanism, but the introduction of talents in private colleges and universities. There are many problems with use and stability. With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid increase of information, the establishment of a fully functional personnel management information system is the prerequisite to do a good job in the management of university teachers. It is also a basic guarantee for the scientific decision-making of school leaders. In particular, private colleges and universities, which survive in the gap and rely on their own characteristics, have been unable to adapt to the needs of development in the face of the rapid development and change of the social environment. Especially, the need of the new information management system is more urgent. Based on the detailed investigation of the personnel department of Hebei Institute of Communication, this paper analyzes the current situation of personnel information management and user needs, and establishes the function model and information model of personnel information management system in colleges and universities. This paper gives the overall design of personnel management information system in colleges and universities, and designs and implements the personnel management system of Hebei Media College with SQL Server database as the core and B / S structure. Using Asp.net to realize the structure of B / S, this system can not only realize the management of personnel information in the personnel department of colleges and universities, but also meet the personal personnel information query of the common teaching staff. Finally, the paper tests and analyzes the personnel management information in colleges and universities. The development of the personnel management system has promoted the development of the personnel management of Hebei Institute of Communication to the direction of standardization and scientization, thus further promoting the rapid development of the work of the College.
