【摘要】：為解決高等教育資源分配不合理的矛盾,教育部啟動高等學校教學質(zhì)量與教學改革工程精品課程建設(shè)項目,通過精品課程示范和輻射作用的發(fā)揮,以實現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀教學資源的共享和推廣,促進高等學校教學水平和教學質(zhì)量的提高。西部區(qū)域作為教育資源較為貧乏的地區(qū),其精品課程的建設(shè)狀況事關(guān)西部高校的教育教學質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。因此,論文以550門西部高校國家精品課程作為研究對象,以其中能夠正常運行的249門精品課程作為研究樣本,采用文獻研究法、內(nèi)容分析法、比較分析法和綜合分析法等研究方法,從整體建設(shè)情況、課程基本建設(shè)要素、課程運行質(zhì)量、特色課程四個方面對西部高校國家精品課程建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查研究,并從整體建設(shè)情況、發(fā)展比例、師資隊伍、課程資源、課程建設(shè)理念、教學內(nèi)容、教學方法和手段以及信息技術(shù)支持等維度探討了西部高校國家精品課程存在的問題。針對上述問題,論文擬從以下幾個方面提出對策建議,第一,宏觀層面,國家應(yīng)為西部高校提供物質(zhì)上的幫助和政策上的扶持；第二,中觀層面,西部高校自身要努力完善精品課程建設(shè),打造特色的國家級精品課程,以期改變西部高校在精品課程建設(shè)方面的落后現(xiàn)狀,依托精品課程的輻射作用,將優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育資源通過現(xiàn)代化的教學手段共享到西部各個高校,緩解高等教育資源分布不合理、西部高校高等教育資源貧乏的現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the contradiction of higher education resource allocation is not reasonable, the Ministry of education started construction project quality course teaching quality and teaching reform project in high school, through the course of demonstration and radiation effect, in order to achieve good teaching resources sharing and promotion, promote the school teaching level and teaching quality of higher learning increased. As an educational resource in western region a poor area, the construction of quality of training courses on western higher education and teaching quality and talents. Therefore, the 550 universities in Western China National Quality Course as the research object, to which 249 courses of normal operation as the research sample, using the method of literature research, content analysis, comparative analysis the research method and comprehensive analysis method, from the overall construction, curriculum construction of basic curriculum elements, operation quality, features four aspects of curriculum Investigation on condition of course construction in Colleges and universities in the west of the country, and from the overall construction, the development of the proportion of teachers, curriculum resources, curriculum concept, teaching content, teaching methods and information technology to support the dimensions of the existing western university national quality course. Aiming at the above problems, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, from the following aspects: first, the macro level, the state should provide material assistance and policy support for western universities; second, middle level, western universities should strive to improve the quality curriculum construction of national excellent course create characteristic, in order to change the backward situation of western universities in the construction of excellent courses, radiation the role of relying on excellent courses, the quality education resources through the modern teaching means to share various universities in West China, alleviates the higher education resources The present situation of the lack of resources in Higher Education in western colleges and universities is unreasonable.
