【摘要】： 二十世紀九十年代以來,為了提高教育質量和促進教育公平,美國對其K-12教育(基礎教育)進行了一系列的改革,這些改革促進了美國K-12教育的發(fā)展,并且引起了國內外學者的廣泛關注。 本論文的研究目的在于通過分析、研究、總結當前美國K-12教育改革的經驗教訓,了解美國K-12教育改革領域的深刻變革以及新世紀的動態(tài),以期為我國的中小學教育改革提供借鑒意義。 本文主要采用了文獻法、比較法和分析法,對美國K-12教育進行綜合并且深入的研究。本文回顧了二戰(zhàn)后美國K-12教育改革的歷程,探討美國K-12教育的特點以及影響美國K-12教育發(fā)展的因素,主要分析了當前美國K-12教育的改革的主要措施,即教育市場化,課程及評估系統(tǒng)標準化,績效責任制的建立,縮小學校規(guī)模,以及重視教師教育。這些改革措施促進了美國K-12教育的發(fā)展,并取得了一些明顯效果。 目前對于當前美國K-12教育改革的研究缺少系統(tǒng)性和綜合性,本文從一個宏觀整體的角度分析美國K-12教育改革,希望能對我國基礎教育改革有所啟示。
