軍校新生心理彈性因素及心理訓練對心理健康影響的實證研究

【摘要】: 心理彈性的相關研究近年來已成為心理學研究的熱點領域。心理彈性作為一種積極的心理品質,對個體成功應對壓力,并獲得良好發(fā)展具有重要意義。軍校新生正處于心理生理的未成熟期,是青年個體從普通的青少年身份向軍人身份過渡的過程。把握并利用好這一關鍵過程,對軍校培養(yǎng)高素質人才至關重要;在此過程中對新生進行必要的輔導和幫助,對其今后的學習生活具有重要意義。而在此過程中,心理彈性作為一個重要變量,嚴重影響新生的適應性,因此,摸清新生心理狀況特點和變化規(guī)律,探索心理彈性因素對其心理健康水平的影響規(guī)律,并在此基礎上采取針對性的心理訓練,對提高新生的適應性,提升其心理健康水平,進而幫助其完成角色轉變均具有重要意義。 本研究的主要目的,就是通過不同時間點的心理測量,掌握新生入校后一定時期內心理狀況的變化規(guī)律,并在此基礎上重點探討心理彈性因素對新生心理健康的影響模型,進而總結摸索一套適合軍校新生的提升其心理健康水平的心理訓練方法,從全新的角度擴充軍校人才培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗模式。 本研究主要由三部分組成: 第一部分:軍校新生心理狀況追蹤調查。通過問卷調查的方法分別在新生入校一周內、軍訓結束后、軍訓結束三個月后三個時間點進行追蹤,以了解在自然狀態(tài)下新生心理健康水平、自我效能感、社會支持、應對方式、心理彈性等的變化規(guī)律。 第二部分:軍校新生心理彈性因素對心理健康影響的研究。在問卷調查的基礎上,通過結構方程模型探討心理彈性因素對心理健康影響的結構關系。 第三部分:團體心理訓練對新生心理健康水平提升效果研究。探索一套適合軍校新生的團體心理訓練方案,并檢驗其對新生心理健康水平的提升效果。 本研究的主要結論如下: 1.新生的心理健康狀況在剛入校和臨近學期末時較差,而在軍訓剛結束時較好;自我效能感在剛入校和第一學期結束前較高,軍訓剛結束時最低;新生在剛入校時較少采用積極應對方式,此后較多采取積極的應對方式;新生的社會支持、心理彈性、狀態(tài)-特質焦慮無顯著變化。 2.在心理彈性因素對心理健康影響結構模型中,“穩(wěn)定彈性”因素對新生心理健康狀況影響最大,其次是“不成熟應對”和“成熟應對”因素!胺(wěn)定彈性”因素中,對心理健康影響由大到小依次是:狀態(tài)焦慮、特質焦慮、心理彈性、自我效能、社會支持;“成熟應對”因素中,對心理健康影響由大到小依次是:解決問題、求助、合理化;“不成熟應對”因素中,對心理健康影響由大到小依次是自責、幻想、退避。 3.團體心理訓練能有效改善新生心理健康狀況,并具有較長效的作用。
[Abstract]:The research of psychological elasticity has become a hot topic in the research of psychology in recent years. Psychological elasticity, as a positive mental quality, is of great significance to the individual's successful coping with pressure and good development. The newborn of the military school is at the unripe stage of the psychological physiology, which is the process of the young individual's transition from the ordinary youth to the military. It is of great importance to grasp and take advantage of this key process to train high-quality personnel in military schools, and to provide the necessary guidance and help to the freshmen in this process, which is of great significance to their future study and life. In this process, the psychological elasticity is an important variable, which seriously affects the adaptability of the freshmen. Therefore, the characteristics and the changing rules of the new mental state are found, the influence of the psychological elastic factors on the mental health level is explored, and the targeted psychological training is taken. It is of great significance to improve the adaptability of the new students, to improve their mental health level and to help them to complete their character transformation. The main purpose of this study is to master the change law of the mental state in a certain period after the freshmen enter the school through the psychological measurement of different time points, and on the basis of this, we should focus on the shadow of the mental and elastic factors on the mental health of the freshmen.
