【摘要】：邁阿密戴德郡學區(qū)于2004-2007學年實行了"學校改進區(qū)"計劃,其目的在于短時期內(nèi)改進戴德郡39所學校的低效狀況,提高學生的學術水平。"學校改進區(qū)"計劃從行政、教師、學生三方面著手對學校進行改進,計劃實施三年以來取得了突出的成績,有許多值得我們借鑒的地方。
[Abstract]:Miami Dade County School District implemented the "School improvement District" program in 2004 / 2007 school year, the purpose of which is to improve the inefficient situation of 39 schools in Dade County and improve the academic level of students in a short period of time. The "School improvement District" program starts to improve the school from three aspects: administration, teachers and students, and has made outstanding achievements in the past three years, and there are many places worthy of our reference.
