【摘要】：全國教育會聯(lián)合會對壬戌學制有著重大的貢獻。在第五次年會上,全國教育會聯(lián)合會開始了新學制的歷程。隨著國內(nèi)教育界崇美風氣的興起和美國專家蒞會演講,全國教育會聯(lián)合會第七次年會所擬定的新學制草案帶有濃厚的美國色彩。由于政治因素和人事糾紛的影響,全國教育會聯(lián)合會在新學制制定的過程中遇到了各種困難,并與教育部產(chǎn)生了矛盾。在各方面的調停下,全國教育會聯(lián)合會第八次年會通過的《學制系統(tǒng)案》以大總統(tǒng)名義公布,是為壬戌學制。由全國教育會聯(lián)合會主導制定的壬戌學制是中國現(xiàn)代教育史上影響最大的學制,標志著中國現(xiàn)代學制的成熟。
[Abstract]:The National Federation of Educational Associations has made a significant contribution to the Nonxu school system. At the fifth annual meeting, the National Federation of Educational Associations began the process of a new academic system. With the rise of the aesthetic atmosphere in domestic education circles and American experts speaking at the Congress, the draft new academic system prepared by the Seventh Annual meeting of the National Federation of Educational Associations has a strong American color. Due to the influence of political factors and personnel disputes, the National Federation of Educational Associations encountered various difficulties in the formulation of the new academic system, and produced contradictions with the Ministry of Education. Under the mediation of various parties, the academic system case adopted at the eighth annual meeting of the National Federation of Educational Associations was published in the name of the Grand President. The academic system of Nonxu, which was formulated by the National Federation of Educational Associations, is the most influential one in the history of modern education in China, and it marks the maturity of the modern academic system in China.
