【摘要】：該研究采用自我構(gòu)念(SCS)量表和工作(學(xué)習(xí))動機定向量表對432名大學(xué)生進行調(diào)查,探討了中國大學(xué)生自我構(gòu)念與動機定向的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:1)大學(xué)生自我構(gòu)念與動機定向各維度有密切相關(guān);典型相關(guān)發(fā)現(xiàn)自我構(gòu)念各維度通過三個典型因素解釋動機定向變異的13.2%;2)不同自我構(gòu)念類型大學(xué)生的動機定向存在顯著差異,二元型自我構(gòu)念大學(xué)生的總體動機水平最高,邊緣型自我構(gòu)念大學(xué)生的總體動機水平最低;獨立型自我構(gòu)念大學(xué)生的關(guān)注人際競爭和追求回報動機水平顯著高于依賴型自我構(gòu)念大學(xué)生,而選擇簡單任務(wù)及關(guān)注他人評價動機水平顯著低于依賴型自我構(gòu)念大學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:The study investigated 432 college students by using self-construction (SCS) scale and work (study) motivation orientation scale, and explored the relationship between self-construction and motivation orientation of Chinese college students. The results show that: 1) there is a close correlation between the dimensions of self-construction and motivation orientation of college students, and the findings of canonical correlation are that each dimension of self-construction explains the variation of motivation orientation by three typical factors. 2) there are significant differences in motivation orientation among students of different types of self-construction. The level of overall motivation of dualistic self-construction students is the highest, and that of marginal self-construction students is the lowest. The level of interpersonal competition and reward motivation of independent self-construction students was significantly higher than that of dependent self-construction students, while the level of choosing simple tasks and paying attention to others' evaluation motivation was significantly lower than that of dependent self-construction students.
