【摘要】：教育是生命的事業(yè),生命是教育的原點,對生命尊嚴的捍衛(wèi)和生命質(zhì)量的提升是教師角色轉(zhuǎn)型與開掘的根基和動力。教師生命的意義及價值不僅是在其教育的軌跡中顯現(xiàn)和張揚的,而且也是在生命的對話中成就和豐滿的。然而,教師角色話語的紛繁與教師角色表達的沖突,導致教師在角色的虛化、泛化和鈍化中走入踽踽獨行的堅冰之旅。重新保持對教師角色的生命追問,意味著我們必須幫助教師在角色發(fā)展的語脈和坐標中,敞亮和澄明教師身份存在的方式和教師主體實踐的方向。喚醒教師的生命自覺,提升教師的教育智慧,打造教師的專業(yè)文化,這將是從實現(xiàn)教師角色到超越教師角色的根本路徑。
[Abstract]:Education is the cause of life and life is the origin of education. Safeguarding the dignity of life and improving the quality of life are the foundation and motive force of teacher's role transformation and excavation. The significance and value of a teacher's life are not only revealed and promoted in the course of his education, but also achieved and full in the dialogue of life. However, the conflict between the teacher's role discourse and the teacher's role expression leads the teacher to walk into the lonely journey of walking alone in the course of the role's vanity, generalization and passivation. It means that we must help teachers in the context and coordinates of the development of the role, clear and clear the way the teacher's identity exists and the direction of the teacher's subject practice. To awaken teachers' consciousness of life, to promote their wisdom in education and to create their professional culture will be the fundamental path from realizing teachers' roles to surpassing their roles.
