【摘要】：從艾滋病的特征入題,在確定本文受AIDS影響兒童涉及范圍的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了受AIDS影響兒童的主要形勢:受AIDS影響兒童的數(shù)量呈上升趨勢;中國受AIDS影響兒童的數(shù)量有上百萬。通過一些典型數(shù)據(jù)分析了受AIDS影響兒童受教育的不良現(xiàn)狀。導(dǎo)致這種現(xiàn)狀的原因主要是社會歧視和經(jīng)濟(jì)制約。因此,學(xué)校要轉(zhuǎn)變對受AIDS影響兒童的歧視態(tài)度,接納受AIDS影響兒童入學(xué)并使其享受平等的教育;國家和社會則要投入經(jīng)費(fèi),提高受AIDS影響兒童的入學(xué)率;建構(gòu)保障受AIDS影響兒童受教育權(quán)的法規(guī)體系;積極探索綜合型的受AIDS影響兒童教育模式。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the scope of children affected by AIDS in this paper, the main situation of children affected by AIDS is analyzed: the number of children affected by AIDS is on the rise, and the number of children affected by AIDS in China is more than one million. Some typical data are used to analyze the poor education of children affected by AIDS. The main causes of this status quo are social discrimination and economic constraints. Therefore, schools should change discriminatory attitudes towards children affected by AIDS, accept children affected by AIDS and have equal access to education, and the state and society should invest funds to increase the enrolment rate of children affected by AIDS; We should construct a legal system to guarantee the right to education of children affected by AIDS and actively explore the comprehensive model of education for children affected by AIDS.
