蘇格蘭特許教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn):一個教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的新框架

【摘要】:2002年,在蘇格蘭執(zhí)行委員會的資助下,由愛丁伯格大學(xué)及斯特拉斯克萊德大學(xué)教育學(xué)院的教職員工、教師、教育管理者和亞瑟·安德森顧問團(tuán)構(gòu)成的合作研究小組經(jīng)過四個階段的研究,為熟練教師提出了一個新的認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)——特許教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由專業(yè)價值和個人承諾、專業(yè)知識和理解、專業(yè)和個人特性及專業(yè)行動四個關(guān)鍵因素構(gòu)成。蘇格蘭執(zhí)行委員會還通過全面調(diào)查提出了一個特許教師計劃,并采用檔案袋評價對參與計劃的教師進(jìn)行評價,以幫助教師獲取特許教師身份。
[Abstract]:In 2002, funded by the Scottish Executive Council, faculty and teachers at the Faculty of Education at the University of Edinberg and the University of Strathclyde, After four stages of research, a cooperative research group composed of educational administrators and Arthur Anderson advisory group has proposed a new certification standard for skilled teachers, the charter teacher standard. Standards consist of four key factors: professional value and personal commitment, professional knowledge and understanding, professional and personal identity, and professional action. The Scottish Executive Committee has also proposed a chartered teacher plan through a comprehensive survey and used portfolio evaluations to evaluate participating teachers to help them acquire chartered teacher status.
