對美國教育改革中能力建設(shè)的考察——緣起、內(nèi)涵與策略

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)70年代后期的美國,在重新探討影響教育改革及其結(jié)果的因素是什么的理論背景下,能力建設(shè)問題開始受到關(guān)注,其內(nèi)涵由于教育改革的逐步推進(jìn)而不斷地獲得豐富與發(fā)展,個體與組織成為論述能力建設(shè)問題的兩個主要維度,而促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,解釋和運用數(shù)據(jù)以及組織和配置各類資源則成為美國教育改革中能力建設(shè)的主要策略。
[Abstract]:In the late 1970s, the United States began to pay attention to the issue of capacity-building in the theoretical context of re-examining the factors that affect education reform and its outcomes. Its connotation has been enriched and developed continuously because of the gradual advancement of educational reform. Individual and organization become the two main dimensions to discuss the problem of capacity-building, and promote the professional development of teachers. The interpretation and use of data and the organization and allocation of resources are the main strategies for capacity building in American educational reform.
