【摘要】： 本研究在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用問卷調(diào)查法,選取了上海的三所高校共332名被試,探討了大學(xué)生的人格、防御方式及其與心理健康的關(guān)系。結(jié)果如下：1、大學(xué)生的防御方式比較研究中,大一新生與大四學(xué)生存在顯著性差異。2、大學(xué)生人格的比較研究中,上海本地的大學(xué)生神經(jīng)質(zhì)顯著低于外省市的大學(xué)生。3、心理健康的比較研究中,上海本地大學(xué)生與外省的市大學(xué)生有顯著性差異,男女大學(xué)生有顯著差異。4、在人格、防御方式與心理健康三者的關(guān)系上,心理健康與人格的神經(jīng)質(zhì)緯度顯著相關(guān),心理健康與防御方式中的不成熟防御機(jī)制顯著相關(guān),神經(jīng)質(zhì)與不成熟的防御方式顯著相關(guān)。5、神經(jīng)質(zhì)、不成熟的防御方式對(duì)于心理健康一定的預(yù)測(cè)性。
[Abstract]:Based on the previous research, 332 subjects from three universities in Shanghai were selected to explore the relationship between personality, defense style and mental health. The results are as follows: 1. In the comparative study of defense style of college students, there are significant differences between freshmen and senior students. The neuroticism of local college students in Shanghai is significantly lower than that of college students in other provinces and cities. 3. In the comparative study of mental health, there is a significant difference between local college students in Shanghai and those in other provinces, and there is a significant difference between male and female college students. In terms of the relationship between defense style and mental health, mental health is significantly related to the neuroticism of personality, and mental health to immature defense mechanism in defense mode. Neuroticism is significantly associated with immature defense styles. 5. Neurotic and immature defense styles have a certain predictive effect on mental health.
