大學(xué)生同伴交往、一般自我效能感與心理健康的關(guān)系

【摘要】: 培養(yǎng)心理健康的人才是教育的重要目標(biāo)之一,部分大學(xué)生存在不同程度的心理問題。因此本研究試圖考察大學(xué)生同伴關(guān)系和一般自我效能感是如何影響心理健康的。研究采用橫向研究設(shè)計(jì),采用同伴提名法,問卷法,對中部地區(qū)某所高校320名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。 研究結(jié)果顯示: 1.大學(xué)生心理健康狀況在生源、是否獨(dú)生子女、是否貧困大學(xué)生、專業(yè)方面存在差異。農(nóng)村和小城鎮(zhèn)來源的大學(xué)生心理健康總體水平要比大中城市來源的心理健康水平差,非獨(dú)生子女心理健康狀況比獨(dú)生子女差,貧困大學(xué)生心理健康狀況比非貧困生要差,影像專業(yè)大學(xué)生比其它專業(yè)大學(xué)生心理健康水平明顯低下。 2.負(fù)向提名與SCL-90總分、軀體化、焦慮、偏執(zhí)、精神病性等因子正相關(guān),社會喜好與SCL-90總分、抑郁、偏執(zhí)等因子負(fù)相關(guān),總體來看相關(guān)系數(shù)不高。一般自我效能感與SCL-90總分、強(qiáng)迫、人際敏感、抑郁、焦慮、敵意、恐怖、偏執(zhí)、精神病性負(fù)相關(guān)。 3.負(fù)向提名高分組的大學(xué)生心理健康狀況顯著差于負(fù)向提名低分組,社會喜好高分組與社會喜好低分組大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況差異不顯著。高自我效能組心理健康狀況顯著好于低自我效能組心理健康狀況。 4.在預(yù)測心理健康狀況、焦慮、抑郁時(shí),一般自我效能感比同伴交往能解釋更多的變異量,而在預(yù)測偏執(zhí)時(shí),同伴交往比一般自我效能感能解釋更多的變異量。但總體來看同伴交往與一般自我效能感對大學(xué)生心理健康的預(yù)測作用不強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Cultivating mental health talents is one of the important goals of education, and some college students have different degree of psychological problems. Therefore, this study attempts to examine how peer relationships and general self-efficacy affect mental health. In this study, 320 college students in a university in central China were investigated by lateral research design, peer nomination method and questionnaire method. The results show that: 1. There are differences in the mental health status of college students in the source of students, whether the only child, whether poor college students, professional differences. 2. The overall level of mental health of college students from rural areas and small towns is worse than that of large and medium-sized cities, the mental health of non-only children is worse than that of only children, and the mental health of poor college students is worse than that of non-poor students. 2. Negative nomination was positively correlated with total score of SCL-90, somatization, anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychosis, and social preference was associated with total score of SCL-90 and depression. Paranoid ideation and other factors negative correlation, overall correlation coefficient is not high. General self-efficacy and SCL-90 scores, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoia, Negative correlation of psychosis. 3. The mental health status of the students with high score of negative nomination was significantly worse than that of the low group with negative nomination, and there was no significant difference between the high score group of social preference and the low group of social preference. The mental health status of high self-efficacy group was significantly better than that of low self-efficacy group. 4. When predicting mental health, anxiety and depression, general self-efficacy could explain more variation than peer interaction. In predicting paranoia, peer interaction can explain more variation than general self-efficacy. But generally speaking, peer interaction and general self-efficacy have little effect on predicting college students' mental health.
