【摘要】：西方教師信念的研究方法大致呈現(xiàn)出三種研究取向。質(zhì)的研究取向,主要是通過對教師訪談、描繪概念圖以及課堂觀察等方法,探究教師對教學(xué)的認(rèn)識(shí)與看法;量的研究取向,主要是通過教師信念問卷或量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查�，F(xiàn)在,越來越多的研究者整合二者以期獲得更全面或更深入的認(rèn)識(shí)。我國的教師信念研究正處于起步階段,多在概念及意義層面上進(jìn)行理論探討,對教師信念的實(shí)證研究較少,而將質(zhì)的研究與量的研究結(jié)合起來的研究就更少。
[Abstract]:There are three research orientations in the research methods of teachers' beliefs in the West. Qualitative research orientation is mainly through interviewing teachers, drawing concept maps and classroom observation, and so on, to explore teachers' understanding and view of teaching, while quantitative research orientation is mainly through teachers' belief questionnaire or questionnaire. Now, more and more researchers integrate the two in order to gain a more comprehensive or deeper understanding. The research on teachers' beliefs in our country is in its infancy. Most of them are discussed theoretically on the level of concept and meaning, but there are few empirical studies on teachers' beliefs, even less on the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research.
