我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度的變遷研究

【摘要】: 城鄉(xiāng)教育一體化問題是當(dāng)前我國(guó)教育理論與實(shí)踐當(dāng)中的一個(gè)重要問題。對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教育一體化問題的研究,實(shí)質(zhì)上就是對(duì)當(dāng)下如何處理城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系的研究。在這種形勢(shì)下,考察中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系的制度演進(jìn)路線和制度依賴路徑,探索城鄉(xiāng)教育一體化構(gòu)建的影響因素群及其內(nèi)在的規(guī)律性關(guān)系,為構(gòu)建城鄉(xiāng)一體化的教育政策內(nèi)涵和教育制度設(shè)計(jì)奠定理論基礎(chǔ),就成為需要亟待解決的問題。本論文試圖采用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)當(dāng)中經(jīng)常使用的制度分析方法,對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度的變遷史進(jìn)行研究,以期對(duì)上述問題作出回答。教育作為一種社會(huì)制度安排,它本身是作為一種社會(huì)建制而存在的。在借鑒已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究試圖突破以往研究缺少理論與歷史關(guān)照的局限性,把城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系作為一種制度來進(jìn)行歷史的分析,并從歷史當(dāng)中總結(jié)規(guī)律,進(jìn)行理論歸納,以更好地指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐問題。 除緒論外,全文共分六章進(jìn)行闡述。第一章是基礎(chǔ)理論部分,主要闡述作者對(duì)制度及制度變遷所持的一種基本理解和看法,它構(gòu)成作者對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度變遷進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)和前提。主要從本體論、價(jià)值論和實(shí)踐論三個(gè)維度來探討。 第二到第五章是本體部分,主要對(duì)先秦到現(xiàn)在不同時(shí)期的城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系的制度變遷及其成因進(jìn)行分析。每一章又分為三部分。第一部分屬于教育的“外部史”,是城鄉(xiāng)教育制度變遷的外生變量,分別從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面對(duì)不同時(shí)期的城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系進(jìn)行探討;第二和第三部分是各個(gè)時(shí)期城鄉(xiāng)教育制度變遷的“內(nèi)部史”。其中,第二部分是城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度的史實(shí)部分,主要是以教育的供給制度,即投入制度為主進(jìn)行闡述。第三部分是從制度分析的視角對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度的變遷進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)第二部分城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度的變遷進(jìn)行“內(nèi)生”解釋。 第六章是對(duì)從第二章到第五章的總結(jié)與啟示。本章首先對(duì)前四章城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度的變遷進(jìn)行規(guī)律性探索。包括對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度變遷一些基本理論問題的架構(gòu)和對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度變遷一般過程的分析。其次再探討我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段的城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系應(yīng)當(dāng)如何處理。具體包括城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度變遷價(jià)值目標(biāo)的定位,需要重點(diǎn)解決的制度問題以及如何保證能解決這些制度問題等等。 最后是結(jié)語(yǔ),要求我們用歷史的眼光來看待城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度的變遷。對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教育關(guān)系制度的變遷史進(jìn)行回顧和分析,不僅是為了總結(jié)歷史規(guī)律,并以此來改造當(dāng)下,更是為了要把今天的實(shí)踐看成是正在形成中的歷史,高度重視并努力把握其對(duì)未來的影響和作用。
[Abstract]:The integration of urban and rural education is an important issue in educational theory and practice. The research on the integration of urban and rural education is essentially a study on how to deal with the relationship between urban and rural education. Under this situation, the institutional evolution route and institutional dependence path of educational relationship between urban and rural areas in China are investigated, and the influencing factor groups and their inherent regular relationships in the construction of urban-rural educational integration are explored. It is necessary to lay a theoretical foundation for constructing the connotation of urban and rural integration education policy and the design of educational system. This paper attempts to use the system analysis method which is often used in economics to study the change history of urban and rural educational relationship system in order to answer the above questions. As a social system arrangement, education itself exists as a social system. On the basis of the existing research, this study attempts to break through the limitations of the previous research on the lack of theoretical and historical care, regard the relationship between urban and rural education as a system to carry out historical analysis, and sum up the law from the history, and summarize the theory of the relationship between urban and rural education. In order to better guide the practice of the problem. In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into six chapters to elaborate. The first chapter is the basic theory part, which mainly expounds the author's basic understanding and views on the institution and institutional change, which constitutes the basis and premise of the author's analysis of the institutional change of urban and rural education relations. Mainly from ontology, theory of value and theory of practice three dimensions to explore. The second to fifth chapters are the ontology part, which mainly analyzes the institutional changes and their causes of urban and rural education relations in different periods from the pre-Qin Dynasty to the present. Each chapter is divided into three parts. The first part belongs to the "external history" of education, which is the exogenous variable of the change of urban and rural education system, and discusses the relationship between urban and rural education in different periods from the aspects of politics, economy, culture and so on. The second and third parts are the internal history of the change of urban and rural education system. Among them, the second part is the historical facts of urban and rural education relationship system, mainly with the education supply system, that is, the input system. The third part is to analyze the change of urban and rural educational relationship system from the perspective of institutional analysis, and the second part is to explain the change of urban and rural education relationship system "endogenously". The sixth chapter is the summary and enlightenment from the second chapter to the fifth chapter. This chapter first explores the changes of urban-rural educational relationship system in the first four chapters. It includes the structure of some basic theoretical problems in the institutional changes of urban-rural educational relations and the analysis of the general process of the institutional changes of rural-urban educational relations. Secondly, it discusses how to deal with the educational relationship between urban and rural areas at this stage of our country. It includes the orientation of the value target of the institutional change of urban and rural education relations, the system problems that need to be solved and how to ensure that these problems can be solved and so on. Finally, the conclusion requires us to look at the change of urban and rural educational relationship system from the perspective of history. To review and analyze the vicissitude history of educational relations between urban and rural areas is not only to sum up the historical rules, but also to reform the present, and to regard today's practice as a history in the process of forming.
