我國跨境教育的現(xiàn)狀與監(jiān)管體系構(gòu)建的路徑選擇

【摘要】:當前,跨境教育已成為我國教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,但在國內(nèi)高等跨境教育快速增長的同時,也出現(xiàn)了缺乏規(guī)劃,被動接受境外質(zhì)量標準;質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系缺位,未能發(fā)揮有效的監(jiān)控作用;政府引導(dǎo)不足,辦學主體與社會中介組織缺乏社會責任感等問題,加快建設(shè)我國跨境教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系勢在必行。制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,構(gòu)建監(jiān)控機制,完善監(jiān)控體系;積極參與國際跨境教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系建設(shè),提升我國教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)管對跨境教育的影響;強化辦學主體的社會責任和義務(wù),加強中介組織自律建設(shè),培養(yǎng)消費者權(quán)益自我保護意識,是我國跨境教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實選擇。
[Abstract]:At present, cross-border education has become an important part of China's educational undertakings. However, with the rapid growth of higher cross-border education in China, there has also been a lack of planning, passive acceptance of overseas quality standards, and absence of a quality supervision system. It is imperative to accelerate the construction of the supervision system of cross-border education quality in our country because of the lack of government guidance and the lack of social responsibility of the main body of running schools and the social intermediary organizations. Formulate strategic planning, build monitoring mechanism, perfect monitoring system, actively participate in the construction of international cross-border education quality supervision system, enhance the impact of China's education quality supervision on cross-border education, strengthen the social responsibility and obligations of the main body of school running, Strengthening self-discipline construction of intermediary organizations and cultivating self-protection consciousness of consumers' rights and interests are the realistic choice for the construction of cross-border educational quality supervision system in China.
