《中職生心理健康自評(píng)量表》的編制

【摘要】: 中職生作為一個(gè)比較特殊的群體,他們正處于青春期,有著學(xué)業(yè)壓力,更有著就業(yè)壓力,他們承受著比同齡人更多的壓力,他們一般不愿意與老師、父母交流想法,不知道如何疏導(dǎo)負(fù)性情緒和解決所面臨的問題,所以中職生的心理健康狀況實(shí)在令人擔(dān)憂。縱觀國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的心理健康量表,只有針對(duì)中學(xué)生,卻沒有專門針對(duì)中職生的問卷,中職生雖然在年齡上與中學(xué)生相仿,但還是有一定的區(qū)別的。所以,本研究擬自編一套有關(guān)于中職生心理健康的量表,以期更好地研究中職生心理健康問題。 本研究在參考前人理論和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)中職生和職校教師的開發(fā)性問卷和訪談,結(jié)合中職學(xué)校教育的實(shí)際情況以及中職生的常見心理問題,,編制一份針對(duì)中職生的心理健康測(cè)量工具,為今后中職生心理健康的調(diào)查、研究和干預(yù)提供參考。 本研究的結(jié)果如下: (1)本研究在參考前人研究以及開放性問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上提出了中職生心理健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并以此作為理論基礎(chǔ),確定了《中職生心理健康自評(píng)量表》的4個(gè)構(gòu)成因素:情緒、人際關(guān)系、學(xué)習(xí)及目標(biāo)、適應(yīng)性。 (2)本研究將分半信度作為本量表的指標(biāo),求得分半信度值為0.930,說明本量表具有較好的內(nèi)在一致性 (3)從結(jié)構(gòu)效度、效標(biāo)效度、內(nèi)容效度來考查本量表的效度。因子分析、各分量表分與量表總分相關(guān)結(jié)果表明本量表具有較好的結(jié)構(gòu)效度。本量表與SCL-90的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.679(P0.001,N=157),與MSSMSHS的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.726(P0.001,N=111),說明本量表具有良好的效標(biāo)效度。各分量表分與量表總分的相關(guān)在0.715——0.895之間,均高于0.715,說明本量表的內(nèi)容效度好。
[Abstract]:As a special group, secondary vocational students are in puberty, have academic pressure and have more pressure on employment. They are under more pressure than their peers. They are generally reluctant to communicate with their teachers and parents, and do not know how to dredge negative emotions and solve problems, so the mental health of Secondary Vocational Students is in good condition. It is really worrying. Looking at the existing mental health scale at home and abroad, only for middle school students, there is no specific questionnaire for secondary vocational students. Although the secondary vocational students are similar to the middle school students in age, there are still some differences. Therefore, this study intends to compile a set of scales with regard to the mental health of the secondary vocational students in order to better study the secondary vocational school. Have mental health problems.
On the basis of the predecessors' theory and research, through the development questionnaire and interview of secondary vocational and vocational school teachers, combined with the actual situation of secondary vocational school education and the common psychological problems of secondary vocational school students, a psychological health measurement tool for secondary vocational students was compiled to investigate and intervene in the mental health of secondary vocational students in the future. Provide reference.
The results of this study are as follows:
(1) on the basis of previous research and open questionnaire, this study put forward the mental health standards of secondary vocational students. As a theoretical basis, this study determined the 4 components of the mental health self rating scale for secondary vocational students: emotion, interpersonal relationship, learning and goals, and adaptability.
(2) in this study, split half reliability is used as the index of this scale, and the score half reliability is 0.930. This shows that the scale has better internal consistency.
(3) the validity of the scale is examined from the structure validity, the validity validity and the content validity. The result of the factor analysis shows that the scale has better structural validity. The correlation coefficient of this scale and SCL-90 is 0.679 (P0.001, N=157), and the correlation coefficient with MSSMSHS is 0.726 (P0.001, N=111), indicating that the scale is good. The correlation between the scores of each subscale and the total score of the scale was between 0.715 and 0.895, which was higher than 0.715, indicating that the content validity of the scale was good.
