【摘要】：南非大學(xué)在推動非洲遠(yuǎn)程與開放學(xué)習(xí)方面具有重要的戰(zhàn)略作用,雖然在非洲,增加高等教育的機(jī)會仍然是一個潛在的迫切需要,但南非大學(xué)和非洲遠(yuǎn)程教育理事會(ACDE)決心不能以犧牲開放與遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)所培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力、課件內(nèi)容、教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)、學(xué)生支持等的質(zhì)量為代價。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),南非大學(xué)已經(jīng)參與了一系列合作、質(zhì)量保證,以及大學(xué)層面和非洲層面的數(shù)據(jù)分析。在大學(xué)層面,南非大學(xué)旨在通過合作伙伴關(guān)系、制定一套前沿的質(zhì)量規(guī)則、周密的數(shù)據(jù)聚合,促使制定能在國家政策環(huán)境下成長和發(fā)展的最佳的、適當(dāng)?shù)臎Q策,從而提高南非大學(xué)的影響力及其對開放與遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)的貢獻(xiàn)。在非洲層面,南非大學(xué)積極參與了一系列創(chuàng)新舉措,本文將深入探討這些創(chuàng)新舉措,從而洞察非洲大陸開放遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀,以及南非大學(xué)在其中所起的作用。
[Abstract]:The University of South Africa has an important strategic role to play in promoting distance and open learning in Africa, although increased access to higher education remains a potentially urgent need in Africa,But the University of South Africa and the African Council for distance Education (ACDE) are determined not to sacrifice the quality of students' ability, courseware content, teaching and learning, student support, etc.To achieve this, the University of South Africa has been involved in a range of partnerships, quality assurance, and data analysis at the university and African levels.At the university level, the University of South Africa aims to develop, through partnerships, a cutting-edge set of quality rules and sophisticated data aggregation to facilitate the formulation of the best and appropriate decisions that can grow and develop in a national policy environment.Thus enhancing the impact of South African universities and their contribution to open and distance learning.At the African level, the University of South Africa has been actively involved in a series of innovative initiatives, which will be explored in depth in order to gain insight into the current situation of open distance learning on the continent and the role played by the University of South Africa.
