社會科中的規(guī)則教育研究

【摘要】: 十七大報告提出了深入貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀,積極構建民主法治、公平正義、誠信友愛、充滿活力、安定有序、人與自然和諧相處的和諧社會的目標。為了實現(xiàn)這一目標,學校必須進一步加強公民教育,以提高未來公民的公平意識和法治意識。而規(guī)則教育應是公民教育中不可忽視的一環(huán)。本文試圖通過理論綜述以及現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,探索我國社會科課程中規(guī)則教育的目標、主要內(nèi)容以及教學方法。全文共分四個部分: 首先是導論,闡述了本文的研究緣起,研究目標、研究方法與創(chuàng)新之處,并對規(guī)則、規(guī)范、紀律和秩序等相關概念進行了界定和比較。 第一章主要闡述規(guī)則教育的理論依據(jù)。梳理了社會契約論、主體間性論、公平正義論等哲學、政治學領域有關規(guī)則的理論學說,對國內(nèi)外規(guī)則教育研究的現(xiàn)狀進行梳理,為構想社會科中規(guī)則教育的課程框架及教學方式提供理論支持。 第二章主要分析目前我國學校規(guī)則教育的開展情況,揭示公民規(guī)則意識的缺欠與規(guī)則教育的不足,剖析其中的社會因素。結合第一章的理論研究,提出改進我國規(guī)則教育的思路:明確與規(guī)則有關的基本概念,增強學生在規(guī)則制定中的主體性和參與性,充實有關規(guī)則制定的相關知識和技能的教學。 第三章分別從基本概念的教學、規(guī)則制定主體與規(guī)則履行主體的關系把握、規(guī)則制定過程的體驗與規(guī)則制定方法的學習這三個方面,結合具體的教學案例,探討具有可操作性和實效性的規(guī)則教育方法。
[Abstract]:The report provides in-depth implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, actively building democracy and the rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vitality, stability and order, harmonious society, harmony between man and nature of the target. In order to achieve this goal, the school must further strengthen citizen education, to enhance the civic awareness of fairness and legality and rules. Education should be a noticeable part of civic education. This paper tries to explore the theoretical review and investigation of the present situation, the rules in our social studies education objectives, main contents and teaching methods. The thesis consists of four parts:
The first is introduction. It describes the origin, objectives, methods and innovations of the study, and defines and compares concepts such as rules, norms, disciplines and order.
The first chapter mainly elaborates the theoretical basis of the rule of education. Combing the social contract theory, inter subjectivity theory, justice theory, philosophy, theory of the relevant rules in the field of politics, combing the status of education rules at home and abroad, to provide theoretical support for the curriculum framework and teaching methods in Education, the idea of social rules.
The second chapter mainly analyzes the present Rules of school education in our country to carry out the situation, reveal the shortage and rules of education of citizens awareness of the rules, analyze the social background. Combined with the theoretical research of the first chapter, put forward the improvement of our country rules education idea: defining the basic concept and the relevant rules, strengthen students' subject in rulemaking and participate in the relevant knowledge and skills, enrich the rules of teaching.
The third chapter respectively from the basic concept of teaching, grasp the relationship between rule making body and fulfill the main rules, methods to develop the experience and rule making process and study the three aspects, combined with the specific teaching cases, explore with regular education methods and effectiveness of the operation.
