多學(xué)科視域下教師心理健康福利機(jī)制探析

【摘要】:有研究者采用SCL-90癥狀自評量表對揚(yáng)州大學(xué)教師心理健康狀況進(jìn)行測量,結(jié)果表明:被試教師的心理健康癥狀因子均高于全國常模,且差異顯著。因此,從馬克思主義哲學(xué)、管理學(xué)、教育生態(tài)學(xué)出發(fā),必須對教師心理健康問題予以重視,不僅要考慮教師個體或群體心理的影響,還要考慮心理生態(tài)環(huán)境對教師心理健康的影響。應(yīng)把教師心理健康福利納入其福利體系,從教育立法、資金保障、福利實(shí)施、組織監(jiān)管等多維度構(gòu)建具有中國特色的教師心理健康福利長效機(jī)制,健全"教師心理健康福利"組織監(jiān)管制度,并對其加強(qiáng)管理和督導(dǎo),不斷提高教師的精神生活質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)教師身心健康和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Some researchers use the SCL-90 symptom Checklist to measure the mental health status of teachers in Yangzhou University. The results show that the factors of mental health symptoms of the subjects are higher than the national norm, and the differences are significant. From the point of view of management and educational ecology, we must pay attention to the problem of teachers' mental health, and not only consider the influence of teachers' individual or group psychology. We should also consider the impact of the psychological ecological environment on teachers' mental health. Teachers' mental health benefits should be incorporated into their welfare system, including education legislation, financial protection, and welfare implementation. The long term mechanism of teachers' mental health welfare with Chinese characteristics should be set up, and the supervision system of "teachers' mental health welfare" should be perfected, and the management and supervision should be strengthened to improve the quality of teachers' mental life. To promote the harmonious development of teachers' physical and mental health.
