文章摘要培養(yǎng)卓越中學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師,對普及中學(xué)信息技術(shù)教育、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生信息素養(yǎng)能力、深化信息技術(shù)課程教學(xué)改革、加快學(xué)校教育信息化進程、提升教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力、促進信息技術(shù)與學(xué)科課程教學(xué)深度融合具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實價值。依據(jù)人才培養(yǎng)模式相關(guān)理論和卓越教師培養(yǎng)目標,該文系統(tǒng)分析和科學(xué)構(gòu)建了卓越中學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師由文化知識、條件性知識、本體性知識和實踐性知識組成的知識結(jié)構(gòu)模型,由教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)能力、教學(xué)專業(yè)能力、教學(xué)發(fā)展能力、教學(xué)創(chuàng)造能力和教學(xué)服務(wù)能力組成的能力結(jié)構(gòu)模型,以及由教師知識、教師能力、身心素質(zhì)、個人品質(zhì)和專業(yè)情意組成的素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)模型。結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段我國中學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師培養(yǎng)存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和深層次問題,基于教育技術(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)從完善人才選拔機制、強化人才培養(yǎng)目標、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)機制、優(yōu)化師資隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)過程、優(yōu)化課程體系結(jié)構(gòu)、改革課程組織形式、改進教學(xué)手段方法和創(chuàng)新質(zhì)量評價機制九個方面開展全方位的具體培養(yǎng)工作,力求構(gòu)建一套科學(xué)可行且操作有效的卓越中學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師培養(yǎng)模式,為培養(yǎng)信念堅定、基礎(chǔ)扎實、能力突出,能夠主動適應(yīng)中學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程教學(xué)改革和示范引領(lǐng)學(xué)校教育信息化發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化卓越中學(xué)信息技術(shù)教師提供理論借鑒和實踐指導(dǎo)。

AbstrIt is of important theoretical significance and realistic value for popularizing IT education in middle schools, cultivating students' capability of information technology, deepening educational revolution of IT courses, accelerating the informatization progress of school education, promoting teachers' capabilities of IT application and improving the deep integration of IT and discipline course teaching to cultivate outstanding middle-school IT teachers. According to talent cultivation mode and cultivation goals of outstanding teachers, this paper has extended systematic analysis and scientific construction on the structural models of middle-school IT teachers' knowledge, capabilities and qualities. The knowledge structural model is made up of cultural knowledge, conditional knowledge, subject-involved knowledge and practical knowledge. The capability structural model consists of basic teaching ability, professional teaching ability, teaching development ability, creative teaching ability and teaching service ability. As for the quality structural model, it is made up of teachers' knowledge, capability, physical and psychological quality, personal qualities as well as professional emotions. In terms of weak sections and deep problems during current cultivation of middle-school IT teachers, the paper aims to carry out specific cultivation work from the following nine aspects based on educational technology major. They are perfect of talent selection mechanism, enhancement of talent cultivation goals, innovation of talent cultivation scheme, optimization of staff structure, creation of talent cultivation process, optimization of curriculum system, revolution of curriculum organization, improvement of teaching means and methods as well as inn
