【摘要】:在完成"校校通"之后,"班班通"的區(qū)域推進勢在必行,"班班通"成為深入推進教育信息化的重要選擇。芝罘區(qū)的以應(yīng)用為導(dǎo)向設(shè)計的"班班通"工程區(qū)域?qū)嵤┎呗杂行П苊饬擞布ㄔO(shè)為主導(dǎo)的信息化建設(shè)的弊病,提升了區(qū)域教育信息化水平。整項工程集開放性、集成性、超前性、特色性于一體,由"三大層面、五大系統(tǒng)"組成,總的建設(shè)目標(biāo)是要實現(xiàn)"九大功能",加速教育現(xiàn)代化進程。本文以芝罘區(qū)"班班通"建設(shè)的整體設(shè)計為切入點,對芝罘區(qū)"班班通"工程的概念、組成、規(guī)劃和實施策略進行了系統(tǒng)闡述,同時也闡述了筆者對"班班通"系統(tǒng)體系構(gòu)建和實施策略的觀點。
[Abstract]:After the completion of "school and school pass", it is imperative to promote the regional development of "banbantong", which has become an important choice for the further promotion of education informatization. Implementation of the "banbantong" project area based on application oriented design in Zhifu district. The strategy effectively avoids the disadvantages of the information construction, which is dominated by the hardware construction. The whole project is composed of open, integrated, advanced and characteristic, which is composed of "three levels, five systems". The overall construction goal is to realize the "nine major functions" and accelerate the process of educational modernization. This paper, based on the overall design of the construction of "Banbantong" in Zhifu district, constitutes the concept of "Banbantong" project in Zhifu district. The planning and implementation strategies are systematically expounded, and the author's views on the construction and implementation strategy of the system system are also expounded.
