【摘要】：目的調(diào)查不同貧困程度學(xué)生的心理健康狀況,為貧困學(xué)生的心理輔導(dǎo)工作提供依據(jù)。方法采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)測量9名1類貧困學(xué)生,18名2類貧困學(xué)生,36名3類貧困學(xué)生和170名非貧困學(xué)生,比較4組學(xué)生SCL-90測量的結(jié)果。統(tǒng)計(jì)方法采用單因素方差分析,多重比較采用LSD-t檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果4組之間在SCL-90量表的總分、總均分、軀體化癥狀、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系敏感、焦慮癥狀、恐怖和精神病性癥狀因子差異均有顯著性(F=2.688或7.176,P=0.000或0.047),其中以軀體化癥狀和人際關(guān)系敏感因子差異最有顯著性(F=6.154,7.176,P=0.000)。LSD-t檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)1、2、3類貧困學(xué)生組與非貧困學(xué)生組在人際關(guān)系敏感因子差異有顯著性(P0.05或0.01);1類貧困學(xué)生組與非貧困學(xué)生組除敵對因子外,其余各因子差異均有顯著性(P0.05或0.001)。結(jié)論貧困學(xué)生的心理健康水平低于非貧困學(xué)生,貧困程度較重的學(xué)生心理問題更顯著,人際關(guān)系敏感是貧困學(xué)生的主要心理問題。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mental health status of students with different poverty levels, Methods the symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to measure 18, 36 and 170 non-poor students of class 1 and group 2, respectively. The results of SCL-90 measurement in 4 groups were compared. Single factor ANOVA and LSD-t test were used in the statistical method. Results the total score, total average score, somatization symptom, obsessive symptom and interpersonal sensitivity of the four groups in SCL-90 scale were compared. Anxiety symptoms, There were significant differences in factors of phobic and psychotic symptoms between 2. 688 or 7. 176%, 0. 000 or 0. 047, among which somatic symptoms and interpersonal sensitivity factors were the most significant difference. The results of LSD-t test showed that 123 poor students and non-poor students had interpersonal relationship. There were significant differences in sensitive factors between poor and non-poor students, except hostile factors. Conclusion the mental health level of poor students is lower than that of non-poor students, and the psychological problems of poor students are more significant, and interpersonal sensitivity is the main psychological problems of poor students.
