【摘要】: 信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展帶來了教育的信息化,在這樣的一場變革中提高教師的教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用水平,促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)能力的發(fā)展,已成為當(dāng)前一項(xiàng)迫切的要求。高校教師作為高等教育的主力軍,高等教育的執(zhí)行者,提高其專業(yè)能力和教育技術(shù)水平顯得更重要。 隨著國家教育部和高等教育司的重視,全國范圍內(nèi)高校教師的教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)得到了迅速的發(fā)展。伴隨著培訓(xùn)的大規(guī)模實(shí)施,問題也隨之而來?v觀國內(nèi)學(xué)者相關(guān)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高期望和高投入并沒有得到預(yù)期的效果。高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的目的是為了提高教師教育技術(shù)水平,提高它的質(zhì)量即如何取得好的培訓(xùn)結(jié)果理所應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)某蔀檠芯恐械闹攸c(diǎn)。但在這眾多研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),第一,組織管理作為影響影響學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果的重要因素,相關(guān)研究少之又少。在閱讀了大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)組織管理是影響學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果的一個(gè)重要的因素(李森林,2005),而組織管理作為一個(gè)外因,試想它是通過部分內(nèi)因起作用的,所以本文確定研究組織管理與學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果之間的關(guān)系,并以學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度為中介進(jìn)行分析。 第二,大多數(shù)的研究者都采用單一的理論研究,通過定性的方式來分析問題。大多數(shù)的研究者更多的注重于理論的研究,多采用單一的理論研究的方式來表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)。他們通過自己的感性認(rèn)識(shí)或者通過應(yīng)用相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行分析,提出了當(dāng)前培訓(xùn)中存在的問題,即哪些因素影響了最終的培訓(xùn)結(jié)果,以及針對問題提出一些對策。 本研究彌補(bǔ)了上述不足,運(yùn)用因果模型和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型原理,確定組織管理與學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果之間的關(guān)系,通過問卷調(diào)查的方式獲取數(shù)據(jù),并用數(shù)據(jù)來表征組織管理對學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果的影響情況。在研究過程中借用學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)兩個(gè)內(nèi)在的心理因素作為中介,建立模型,在這個(gè)模型中,組織管理被認(rèn)為是一個(gè)外源潛變量;學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果被認(rèn)為是內(nèi)生潛變量,模型是一個(gè)遞歸模型,即只包含單向的路徑,而不包括雙向或回。 本研究以山東省范圍內(nèi)部分參加高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的老師為研究對象,研究過程如下: 第一章闡述了本文的研究背景及當(dāng)前的研究現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的不足,在此基礎(chǔ)之上通過對國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行有針對性的綜合分析,提出了本文研究的主要內(nèi)容和研究目的。簡單的介紹了本文用到的主要研究方法。 第二章對文章出現(xiàn)的組織管理、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度等幾個(gè)重要的概念進(jìn)行了界定,并根據(jù)相關(guān)理論對組織管理、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度三者的測量維度進(jìn)行探索分析,為下文評價(jià)量表的開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)。 第三章實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的過程設(shè)計(jì),是本文的第一個(gè)重點(diǎn)研究內(nèi)容。本章詳細(xì)的介紹了被試的選擇和測量量表的開發(fā),包括組織管理量表的開發(fā)、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)量表的選取與分析和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度量表的選取與分析。 第四章因果模型的建立、修改與驗(yàn)證。本章是文章的又一重點(diǎn),也是本文研究的意義所在。文章中提出了關(guān)于組織管理、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果之間關(guān)系的因果模型假設(shè),運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型原理對模型進(jìn)行修改和驗(yàn)證,并使用大量實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)來支持假設(shè)模型。 第五章,總結(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論,指出了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論對高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,從多個(gè)不同的角度對改善當(dāng)前高校教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量提出的意見。在文章最后,對整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出了本研究的不足和研究前景。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology has brought about the information of education . In such a revolution , it has become an urgent requirement to improve the application level of teachers ' educational technology and to promote the development of teachers ' professional ability . It is more important to improve their professional ability and educational technology level as the main force of higher education and the executive of higher education . With the attention of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education , the education technology training of college teachers in the whole country has been developed rapidly . Along with the large - scale implementation of the training , it is found that the first , organizational management is an important factor affecting the learning outcomes . Second , most researchers use a single theoretical study to analyze the problem through qualitative analysis . Most researchers focus on the research of the theory and use a single theoretical study to express their own views . Through their own perceptual knowledge or through the application of relevant theories , they put forward the problems existing in the current training , namely , which factors have influenced the final training results , and put forward some countermeasures for the problems . In this model , the relationship between organizational management and learning outcomes is determined by means of causal model and structural equation model , and the influence of organizational management on learning outcomes is characterized by means of questionnaire . In this model , organizational management is considered as an exogenous variable ; learning attitude , learning motivation and learning result are regarded as endogenous latent variables ; In this study , a teacher who participated in the technical training of university teachers ' education in Shandong Province was the research object , and the research process was as follows : The first chapter expounds the background of the research and the current research situation , and finds out the deficiency . Based on this , this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on domestic relevant research , and puts forward the main content and research purpose of this paper . The main research methods used in this paper are introduced briefly . The second chapter defines several important concepts , such as organization management , learning motivation and learning attitude , and explores the measurement dimensions of organizational management , learning motivation and learning attitude according to the relevant theories , and provides theoretical basis for the development of the evaluation scale below . In chapter 3 , the process design of the experimental study is the first important research content in this paper . This chapter introduces the development of the test selection and measurement scale , including the development of the organizational management scale , the selection and analysis of the learning motivation scale and the selection and analysis of the learning attitude scale . The fourth chapter is based on the establishment , modification and verification of the causal model . This chapter is also the focus of this paper . It is also the significance of the study . In this paper , the causal model assumption about the relationship between organizational management , learning motivation , learning attitude and learning result is presented . The model is modified and verified by using the principle of structural equation model , and a lot of experimental data is used to support the hypothesis model . The fifth chapter summarizes the experimental conclusion , points out the practical significance of the experimental conclusion to the technical training of the university teachers ' education , and points out the suggestions for improving the quality of the current college teachers ' education technology training from various angles . At the end of the article , the whole experiment research is summarized , and the shortage and the research prospect of this study are pointed out .
