建立校際教師專業(yè)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟的實踐與思考——以貴州新學(xué)校計劃教師專業(yè)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟為例

【摘要】:校本研修是目前備受重視的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展制度,但在實踐中面臨教育教學(xué)經(jīng)驗趨同、持續(xù)發(fā)展困難等方面問題。我們在貴州通過建立校際教師專業(yè)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟探索解決這樣的問題,經(jīng)過三年的實踐驗證,運用校際教師專業(yè)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟,通過校際信息交換交流、聯(lián)合運用校本研修資源、建立校際教研制度等措施,較好解決了這樣的難題,取得滿意成效,形成了聯(lián)盟運行的基本組織模式并取得相應(yīng)運行的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:School-based research is a highly valued teacher's professional development system, but in practice it is faced with the problems of the convergence of education teaching experience and the difficulties of continuous development. In Guizhou, through the establishment of the inter-school teacher professional development alliance to explore the solution to this problem, through the practice verification of three years, the inter-school teacher professional development alliance, through the inter-school information exchange, the joint use of the school-based research resources, the establishment of the inter-school teaching and research system and other measures, The problem is solved, the satisfactory results are achieved, and the basic organization model for the operation of the alliance is formed and the corresponding operation experience is obtained.
