美國《教師專業(yè)化基準(zhǔn)大綱》的解讀與啟示

【摘要】:美國《教師專業(yè)化基準(zhǔn)大綱》是"全美教師專業(yè)基準(zhǔn)委員會"制定的用于考察檢驗教師專業(yè)化基準(zhǔn)的著名文件。它在專業(yè)職責(zé)、專業(yè)品質(zhì)、專業(yè)能力等方面對教師的專業(yè)化基準(zhǔn)提出了明確要求。認(rèn)識解讀此文件的學(xué)術(shù)精神與專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對于推進(jìn)我國教師專業(yè)化進(jìn)程有著借鑒意義與啟發(fā)價值。
[Abstract]:The United States teacher Specialization benchmark Program is a well-known document developed by the National Teachers' Professional benchmark Committee to examine and test teachers' professional benchmarks. It puts forward clear requirements for teachers' professional standards in professional responsibilities, professional qualities, professional abilities and so on. Understanding the academic spirit and professional standards of this document is of reference and enlightening value to promote the process of teacher specialization in our country.
