論青少年“公民責任意識”的培養(yǎng)

【摘要】: 青少年公民責任意識是現(xiàn)代公民素質(zhì)的重要組成部分,是公民教育的核心內(nèi)容。它包涵公民自我責任、家庭責任、國家責任、社會責任等方面。健康的青少年公民責任意識是為促進社會主義建設(shè)提供動力,也是構(gòu)建和諧社會的因素之一。本文從青少年公民責任意識的定義入手,解讀青少年公民責任意識的基本內(nèi)涵,分析了當前我國年青少年公民責任意識的現(xiàn)狀,探討了青少年公民責任意識形成的特點意識的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對青少年公民責任意識的培養(yǎng)做了策略上的探索。 本文共分四部分: 第一部分:在對公民概念的起源和責任的定義充分研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對青少年公民責任意識做了界定,并對青少年公民責任意識從三個邏輯基礎(chǔ)進行分析,從公民教育、民主政治、道德評價三個維度明晰了青少年公民責任意識的培養(yǎng)價值;依據(jù)米德的符號相互作用理論來論述青少年公民責任意識形成的復(fù)雜性。 第二部分:主要是對影響青少年公民責任意識形成的因素進行分析,著重從社會、學校、家庭、傳媒等幾個方面來分析。 第三部分:主要從青少年公民意識培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)容、途徑、方法、環(huán)境資源培養(yǎng)的等方面,闡明了我國青少年公民責任意識培養(yǎng)上存在的問題。 第四部分:從青少年公民責任意識培養(yǎng)的社會保障、教育方針、學校措施和家庭培植四個層面對其做了對策上的思考和研究。 現(xiàn)代化的核心內(nèi)涵是人的現(xiàn)代化,而幾千年的封建傳統(tǒng)培植了根深蒂固的“臣民”、“子民”意識,公民意識薄弱,作為公民意識核心的青少年公民責任意識更是“鮮為人知”。2001年,黨中央頒布了《公民道德建設(shè)實施綱要》,對我國公民意識培養(yǎng)指明了方向。筆者認為,對青少年的青少年公民責任意識進行研究,有利于青少年公民責任意識的形成,有利于培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代公民。
[Abstract]:The sense of civic responsibility of teenagers is an important part of modern citizen quality and the core content of civic education. It includes citizen self-responsibility, family responsibility, state responsibility, social responsibility and so on. Healthy sense of civic responsibility is a driving force for socialist construction and a factor for building a harmonious society. This paper starts with the definition of teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness, interprets the basic connotation of teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness, and analyzes the present situation of teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness in China. This paper probes into the present situation of the characteristic consciousness of the formation of teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness, and on the basis of this, makes a strategic exploration on the cultivation of teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: on the basis of the full study of the origin of the concept of citizenship and the definition of responsibility, it defines the sense of civic responsibility of young people. And from the three logical basis of the analysis of the sense of youth civic responsibility, from the civic education, democratic politics, moral evaluation of three dimensions to clarify the value of young people's civic responsibility awareness; Based on Mead's symbolic interaction theory, this paper discusses the complexity of the formation of teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness. The second part mainly analyzes the factors that affect the formation of the sense of civic responsibility of young people, focusing on the social, school, family, media and other aspects. The third part: mainly from the content, the way, the method, the environment resources training aspect and so on, elaborated our country youth citizen responsibility consciousness cultivation existence question. The fourth part: from the four aspects of social security, educational policy, school measures and family cultivation, the author makes some thoughts and researches on the development of teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness. The core connotation of modernization is the modernization of human beings, and the feudal tradition of thousands of years has cultivated deep-rooted "subjects", "people" consciousness, and weak civic consciousness. In 2001, the Party Central Committee promulgated the outline of the implementation of Citizen moral Construction, which pointed out the direction of the cultivation of citizen consciousness in China. The author believes that the study of the teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness is beneficial to the formation of the teenagers' civic responsibility consciousness and to the cultivation of modern citizens.
