　　語言是交流的工具,是人們用來表達(dá)思想、抒發(fā)情感的媒介。然而,每個(gè)人都是一個(gè)獨(dú)立的個(gè)體,都有其獨(dú)特的思維方式,同時(shí),由于性別、年齡、家庭背景、教育背景、身份、職業(yè)、社會(huì)地位等方面存在的差異,人們的人生觀、世界觀、價(jià)值觀以及看待問題的角度和態(tài)度等的不同,交流中難免會(huì)產(chǎn)生分歧,從而出現(xiàn)沖突性話語。從某種意義上來說,沖突性話語是人們?nèi)粘＝涣鳠o法避免的,是一種既常見又復(fù)雜的語言現(xiàn)象。沖突性話語會(huì)給人與人之間的交流帶來意想不到的影響,有時(shí)甚至?xí)由畋舜酥g的矛盾和分歧,使交流中斷,甚至隨著激烈程度的不斷升級(jí),破壞談話氣氛,使矛盾惡化,帶來更加嚴(yán)重的后果。因此,如何有效的避免沖突性話語對(duì)人際交流的不利影響,有效化解沖突性話語,使其朝著有利于交流的方向發(fā)展不僅是實(shí)現(xiàn)成功交際的有效途徑,更是人們主要關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。近些年來,沖突性話語越來越受到各界專家和學(xué)者們的關(guān)注。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在沖突性話語方面進(jìn)行了大量研究,從不同角度探討和研究沖突性話語,但是最初的研究多集中于社會(huì)學(xué)和心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域,后來逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向語言學(xué)領(lǐng)域。關(guān)于沖突性話語的語言學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究成果較豐富,從關(guān)聯(lián)輪、模因論、面子論,評(píng)價(jià)論、順應(yīng)論等不同視角做了很多探索...
