我國(guó)大學(xué)生心理健康教育現(xiàn)狀分析及其對(duì)策思考

【摘要】:心理素質(zhì)是個(gè)人整體素質(zhì)的一個(gè)重要方面,心理健康教育是素質(zhì)教育的一個(gè)重要組成部分。高校心理健康教育的加強(qiáng),大學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)的提高,不僅對(duì)他們?cè)谛W(xué)習(xí)期間的身心健康和德智體美諸方面的全面發(fā)展有重要意義,而且對(duì)他們個(gè)人畢生的發(fā)展以及國(guó)家一代新人總體素質(zhì)的提高具有極為深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康教育是新形勢(shì)下全面貫徹黨的教育方針,實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的重要舉措,是促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的重要途徑和手段。自20世紀(jì)80年代中期以來(lái),我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生心理健康教育已歷經(jīng)近二十個(gè)春秋。回顧這近二十年的發(fā)展,總的來(lái)看,我國(guó)大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作取得了一定的成效,思想上明確了工作的定位,實(shí)踐上形成了一定的工作基礎(chǔ),積累了有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但與此同時(shí),當(dāng)前大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作還存在不少問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題不解決,大學(xué)生心理健康教育就不可能真正落到實(shí)處。本文擬從以下三個(gè)方面對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作的狀況進(jìn)行研究: 第一部分:在明確大學(xué)生心理健康教育內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,著重闡述加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康教育的必要性和緊迫性。 第二部分:著重分析我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作的現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)綜合調(diào)查資料和部分文獻(xiàn)資料,分析總結(jié)目前我國(guó)高校開展大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作和大學(xué)生心理健康教育研究領(lǐng)域的成績(jī)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。同時(shí)指出當(dāng)前存在的一些主要問(wèn)題及其原因,分別從教育內(nèi)容、教育途徑、師資隊(duì)伍、教育機(jī)構(gòu)和專門場(chǎng)所的設(shè)置、組織管理等方面進(jìn)行闡述。 第三部分:著重闡述加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生心理健康教育的對(duì)策、方法和途徑。針對(duì)目前我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生心理健康教育存在的主要問(wèn)題,從大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的角度,立足于中國(guó)國(guó)情,立足于可操作性,探究新時(shí)期我國(guó)大學(xué)生心理健康教育的工作方法、工作途徑、工作環(huán)境、工作機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置等。
[Abstract]:Psychological quality is an important aspect of individual's overall quality, and mental health education is an important part of quality education. The strengthening of psychological health education in colleges and universities and the improvement of college students' psychological quality are of great significance not only to their physical and mental health, morality, intelligence and physical beauty, but also to the overall development of their physical, moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects. And they have a profound impact on their personal development throughout their lives and the overall quality of the country's new generation. Strengthening the psychological health education of college students is an important measure to carry out the Party's educational policy and quality education under the new situation. It is also an important way and means to promote the all-round development of college students. Since the middle of 1980's, the mental health education of college students in our country has gone through nearly 20 Spring and Autumn periods. Looking back on the development of the past twenty years, the mental health education of college students in our country has made some achievements, the orientation of the work has been defined ideologically, the working foundation has been formed in practice, and beneficial experience has been accumulated. But at the same time, there are still many problems in college students'mental health education. If these problems are not solved, the mental health education of college students can not be carried out. This paper intends to study the current situation of mental health education of college students in China from the following three aspects: The first part: on the basis of clarifying the connotation of college students' mental health education, the necessity and urgency of strengthening college students' mental health education are expounded. The second part analyzes the current situation of mental health education for college students in China. Through the comprehensive investigation and some documents, this paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements and experiences in the field of mental health education of college students and the research field of college students' mental health education in our country. At the same time, this paper points out some main problems and their causes, including the contents of education, the ways of education, the teaching staff, the setting up of educational institutions and special places, the organization and management of educational institutions and so on. The third part focuses on the countermeasures, methods and ways to strengthen and improve the mental health education of college students. In view of the main problems existing in the mental health education of college students in our country at present, from the angle of constructing the working system of the mental health education for college students, it is based on the national conditions of China and on the maneuverability. This paper probes into the working methods, working ways, working environment and working organization setting of mental health education for college students in China in the new period.
