【摘要】： 自我反省是大學生提升自身素質、實現(xiàn)卓越自我的途徑,是大學生成長和發(fā)展道路上極為重要的因素。大學生的自我反省可以幫助大學生形成關于自我的正確概念,增強自我效能感,通過反省個體變得更加自信,對自我認識更加準確、態(tài)度更開放;能夠協(xié)助大學生克服自我中心傾向;使大學生堅定對問題(困惑)的信念——問題解決是成長的契機,要尋求問題的基本原理,不要被表面特征所迷惑;還能夠使他們更加能夠容忍問題的不確定性,增長處理結構不良問題的能力;同時也促進他們改進自己處理經(jīng)驗的方式;自我反省也能夠發(fā)展大學生的社會技能,增強他們的溝通與合作能力,使得他們能夠有效管理和調控自己以及他人的情緒;通過自我反省,大學生的情緒擺脫了自我的局限,并使自己觀念的靈活性增強;同時在對待各種社會或心理問題時,大學生也能從不同角度全面加以考察,或選擇不同的參照點從而增強個體的適應能力;最后,自我反省還可以促使大學生思維水平提高,使他們更能考慮問題的背景,表現(xiàn)出辯證思維的特征并形成新的認識。因此,如何培養(yǎng)和促進大學生進行有效的自我反省,是極為重要的課題。 大學生對于事件的結果和事情發(fā)展方向如何歸因,也在一定程度上對大學生的自我反省意識和行為產生了影響。 鑒于此,本文以大學生的心理控制源和自我反省的關系為切入點,在借鑒國內外相關研究的基礎上,首先對3位大學生進行非正式訪談,了解他們對于自我反省的一些認識和看法,在此基礎上構建開放式問卷條目,分別發(fā)放到重慶大學的一個文科班級和一個工科班級,回收后經(jīng)過文獻綜述和內容分析,篩選出65個條目并經(jīng)過兩次的試測和條目修改,經(jīng)過專家組建議和結構分析,最終篩選出39個條目編制成包含反省原因、反省頻率和反省效果在內的大學生自我反省問卷;同時精心篩選已成熟的有常模版本心理控制源量表,由此通過實證調查的方法,對國內大學生心理控制源和自我反省的關系進行了探究,根據(jù)研究結果提出了促使大學生進行有效自我反省的針對性措施。 通過實證調查分析,本論文主要得出以下結論: ①大學生會因為追求自我進步、重復成功體驗和成就感、彌補過失犯錯和主觀犯錯、增強自身情緒動力、鍛煉自己的意志和勇氣而進行自我反省。 ②大學生經(jīng)過自我反省,能夠實現(xiàn)的反省效果有事件的應對方式等客觀效果、自身素質和能力提升的自我完善效果、隨著不斷的自我反省在內容和頻率上的深化和增長、承受打擊和挫折的自信心增強、通過反省形成的新信念的鞏固等。 ③自我反省的對象和目標,對自我反省的效果有較強的預測力和較大的影響力。個體的自我反省指向的內容,決定了個體自我反省效果的大小和好壞。 ④大學生認為在對事件結果以及事情發(fā)展方向有影響的三方面因素中,內控性是占權重最大的影響因素,其次是有勢力的他人,最后才會考慮機遇的影響作用;后兩者所占權重相當。 ⑤大學生的心理控制源與自我反省之間存在極其顯著的相關關系。 ⑥大學生的心理控制源對自我反省效果有一定的預測力,大學生對于事件結果和發(fā)展方向的歸因,在一定程度上決定了自我反省的效果。
[Abstract]:Self - reflection is one of the most important factors for college students to improve their quality and realize their excellent self . The self - reflection of college students can help college students to form the correct concept about self , strengthen their ability to deal with the problem of self - efficacy , and improve their ability to deal with the problem . At the same time , they can improve their ability to deal with the problem . At the same time , they can improve their ability to deal with the problem . The result of the incident and how the direction of the development of the college students attribution is influenced by the self - reflection consciousness and behavior of the college students to some extent . In the light of this , this paper focuses on the relationship between the psychological control source and the self - reflection of college students . On the basis of the relevant research at home and abroad , three college students are first interviewed to find out the self - reflection questionnaire of college students , including the reasons of introspection , the frequency of introspection and the effect of introspection . Through the empirical investigation and analysis , this paper mainly draws the following conclusions : College students will be self - reflective because of their pursuit of self - improvement , repeated successful experience and accomplishment , making up for mistakes and subjective mistakes , enhancing their emotional motivation , exercising their will and courage . The self - improvement effect of self - improvement , self - improvement and self - improvement of the self - improvement of the self - improvement of the self - improvement of the self - reflection and the self - improvement of the self - improvement of the self - reflection , the strengthening of the self - confidence and the strengthening of the new faith formed by the introspection . ( 3 ) The self - reflection of the objects and targets has stronger predictive power and influence on self - reflection . The self - reflection of the individual points to the size and the quality of the individual ' s self - reflection . In the three factors influencing the outcome of the incident and the direction of the development of the incident , the college students believe that the internal control is the most influential factor of the weight , followed by the influential others , and finally the influence of the opportunity will be taken into account ; and the weight of the latter is equivalent . ( 5 ) There is an extremely significant correlation between college students ' psychological control source and self - reflection . The psychological control source of college students has a certain prediction power to the effect of self - reflection , and the attribution of college students to the result of the event and the direction of development determines the effect of self - reflection to some extent .
