大學(xué)生的媒體多任務(wù)操作與個性及不良情緒

【摘要】:目的:調(diào)查大學(xué)生媒體多任務(wù)操作的特點、與媒體多任務(wù)操作相關(guān)的個性因素,以及媒體多任務(wù)操作與抑郁、社交恐怖等不良情緒的關(guān)系。方法:在北京某大學(xué)BBS上發(fā)帖,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線問卷調(diào)查238名大學(xué)生。使用媒體使用問卷(M UQ)測查媒體使用情況及媒體多任務(wù)操作程度(即媒體多任務(wù)操作指數(shù),MMI),用感覺尋求量表(SSS)、流調(diào)中心用抑郁量表(CESD)、社交恐怖癥量表(SPIN)和艾森克個性問卷(EPQ)測查個體感覺尋求水平、抑郁水平、社交恐怖水平和人格特點。結(jié)果:本組大學(xué)生M M I均值為(3.2±1.4)。男生比女生花更多時間進(jìn)行信息搜索(中位數(shù):1.3 h vs.1.0 h)和游戲(中位數(shù):0.7 h vs.0.2 h),女生比男生花更多的時間進(jìn)行社會交互(中位數(shù):1.9 h vs.1.6 h)和看電影(中位數(shù):1.3 h vs.1.0 h),均P≤0.05。MMI得分與媒體使用的總時間、SSS的放縱欲望和厭惡單調(diào)得分、精神質(zhì)得分、CESD得分、SPIN得分均正相關(guān)(r=0.18~0.31,均P0.05);貧w分析表明,在控制感覺尋求和人格等因素后,MMI仍能解釋抑郁3%的變異和社交恐怖2%的變異。結(jié)論:大學(xué)生在一個媒體活動的時間段內(nèi)平均同時進(jìn)行多種媒體活動;男生和女生偏好不同的媒體活動。高感覺尋求水平和高精神質(zhì)水平的個體更傾向于進(jìn)行媒體多任務(wù)操作;媒體多任務(wù)操作和抑郁及社交恐怖相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics of media multitasking among college students, the personality factors related to media multitasking, and the relationship between media multitasking and depression, social phobia and other bad emotions. Methods: 238 college students were investigated by online questionnaire after posting on BBS of a university in Beijing.
