教師尊重學生的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與思考——基于學生的問卷調(diào)查

【摘要】:對天津市528名各類學生的問卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):教師尊重學生的整體狀況一般,學生對部分教師的表現(xiàn)評價不高;教師尊重學生的具體方面存在差異,在尊重學生受教育權(quán)方面的表現(xiàn)尤為欠缺;高美譽度學校教師較一般校教師、城鎮(zhèn)學校教師較農(nóng)村校教師更為尊重學生;學生的年齡、性別影響到了教師對他們的尊重。改進教師尊重學生的現(xiàn)狀,需要確立現(xiàn)代尊重觀,進一步提升教師的素質(zhì)和能力,優(yōu)化配置教育資源。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey of 528 students in Tianjin showed that the teachers' respect for the whole situation of the students was general, and the students' evaluation of some teachers' performance was not high; There are differences in teachers' respect for students' specific aspects, especially in respect of students' right to education, teachers in high reputation schools are more respectful of students than teachers in general schools, teachers in urban schools are more respectful of students than teachers in rural schools, and teachers in urban schools are more respectful of students than those in rural schools. The age and sex of the students affect the teachers' respect for them. In order to improve teachers' respect for students, it is necessary to establish a modern view of respect, to further improve the quality and ability of teachers, and to optimize the allocation of educational resources.
