【摘要】：由于我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的日益深入,越來越多的勞動者選擇外出務(wù)工或經(jīng)商而長期與子女分離。農(nóng)村留守兒童問題由此顯現(xiàn),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的沿海地區(qū)也同樣存在留守兒童群體。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的留守兒童群體是由復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會因素共同造成的。要解決這一問題,政府應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加快新農(nóng)村建設(shè),縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距;提高新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平,制定出臺流動人口福利保障及隨遷子女進(jìn)城就學(xué)制度;建立"家校"聯(lián)系,加強(qiáng)對農(nóng)村留守兒童家長的指導(dǎo);加快農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校建設(shè),加強(qiáng)對農(nóng)村留守兒童的集中教育管理。此外,還應(yīng)建立面向農(nóng)村留守兒童的社會志愿者服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:Due to the deepening of urbanization in China, more and more workers choose to go out to work or do business and long-term separation from their children. The problem of left-behind children in rural areas shows that there are also left-behind children groups in economically developed coastal areas. The left-behind children in economically developed areas are caused by complex economic and social factors. In order to solve this problem, the government should speed up the construction of new countryside, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, raise the level of new urbanization, formulate and introduce the welfare guarantee system for floating population and the system of school attendance for children who move to the city. We should establish "home-school" links, strengthen guidance to parents of left-behind children in rural areas, speed up the construction of rural boarding schools, and strengthen the centralized education and management of left-behind children in rural areas. In addition, the social volunteer service system for rural left-behind children should also be established.
