基于教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)的社會(huì)性交互研究

【摘要】:隨著基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的發(fā)展,新課程的全面實(shí)施,對(duì)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。實(shí)現(xiàn)教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展是提高基礎(chǔ)教育質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ),而教研是在職教師提升自我的有效途徑之一。傳統(tǒng)的教研方式由于時(shí)間、地域、經(jīng)費(fèi)等條件的制約已遠(yuǎn)不能滿足教師們發(fā)展的需要,網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,成為教師繼續(xù)教育的新模式。教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)以一線教師研修交流為主脈絡(luò),為教師們進(jìn)行交流、學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)、研究、反思等提供了理想的環(huán)境。 “沒(méi)有交往與傳播就沒(méi)有社區(qū),沒(méi)有社區(qū)也不會(huì)有交往和傳播。”交互是教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)不可或缺的因素之一,尤其是人與人之間的社會(huì)性交互更是關(guān)鍵,它是保證社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修質(zhì)量的前提。本研究以國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬社區(qū)中社會(huì)性交互的研究成果為基礎(chǔ),先分析了教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)中社會(huì)性交互的內(nèi)涵,然后主要利用內(nèi)容分析法與問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法了解教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)中社會(huì)性交互的狀況,再對(duì)社會(huì)性交互的系統(tǒng)要素、運(yùn)行機(jī)制及實(shí)現(xiàn)方式加以分析,最后提出增強(qiáng)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)社會(huì)性交互的策略。通過(guò)研究希望能對(duì)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)中的社會(huì)性交互設(shè)計(jì)提供指導(dǎo),進(jìn)而提高教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the development of the basic education curriculum reform and the comprehensive implementation of the new curriculum, higher requirements have been put forward for the construction of the teaching staff. Teachers' professional development is the basis of improving the quality of basic education, and teaching and research is one of the effective ways for in-service teachers to improve themselves. The traditional teaching and research method is far from meeting the needs of teachers' development due to the constraints of time, region, funds and so on. Network research has emerged as the times require, and has become a new mode of teachers' continuing education. The teachers' network study community is based on the first line teachers' study and communication, which provides an ideal environment for teachers to communicate, study, train, research and reflect. "without communication and communication, there will be no community, and there will be no communication and communication without community." Interaction is one of the indispensable factors of teachers' network study community, especially the social interaction between people, which is the premise of guaranteeing the quality of community network study. Based on the domestic and foreign research results on social interaction in the virtual community, this paper first analyzes the connotation of social interaction in the network research community of teachers. Then it mainly uses the method of content analysis and questionnaire survey to understand the status of social interaction in the community of teachers' network study, and then analyzes the system elements, operating mechanism and realization way of social interaction. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategies of enhancing teachers' network research community social interaction. It is hoped that the research can provide guidance for the design of social interaction in teachers' network study community, and then improve the quality of teachers' network study.
