美國(guó)邊緣教師督導(dǎo)困境及改進(jìn)方案

【摘要】:邊緣教師是美國(guó)教師隊(duì)伍中的特殊群體,直接關(guān)系到美國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育質(zhì)量底線。對(duì)邊緣教師督導(dǎo)使管理者陷入督導(dǎo)的兩難境地:幫助邊緣教師改進(jìn)教學(xué)的同時(shí)還要兼顧其被解聘的可能。管理者必須運(yùn)用區(qū)別于優(yōu)秀教師的督導(dǎo)方案,對(duì)邊緣教師督導(dǎo)特殊性和改進(jìn)方案進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)剖析。
[Abstract]:Marginal teacher is a special group of American teachers, which is directly related to the bottom line of American basic education quality. The supervision of marginal teachers puts managers in the dilemma of supervision: helping marginal teachers to improve their teaching, but also taking into account the possibility of their dismissal. Managers must use the supervision scheme which is different from the excellent teachers to analyze systematically the particularity and improvement scheme of the marginal teachers' supervision.
