基于雙目標(biāo)規(guī)劃法的級(jí)別工資模型的建立與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:文章針對(duì)教師薪酬實(shí)施方案管理問題,采用雙目標(biāo)規(guī)劃法,兼顧工資剛性原則、同級(jí)別教師薪酬阻滯增長性質(zhì),考慮通脹因素建立模型,求得教師工資制度模型和過渡時(shí)期轉(zhuǎn)變程序。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of implementing the scheme management of teacher's salary, this paper adopts the method of double-objective programming, takes into account the principle of wage rigidity, blocks the growth nature of teachers' compensation at the same level, and establishes a model considering the inflation factor. Get the teacher wage system model and transition process.
