【摘要】：教師職前教育入學標準是教師教育機構(gòu)選拔師范生的具體要求,嚴格而規(guī)范的入學標準有利于保障教師教育質(zhì)量和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。美國教師職前教育入學標準經(jīng)歷了一個從無到有、從低標準到高要求、從以考試成績?yōu)橹鬓D(zhuǎn)向綜合素質(zhì)全面考查、從封閉單一走向開放多元的演變過程。梳理分析美國教師職前教育入學標準的發(fā)展歷程和特征,對我國教師教育制度改革和教師培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提升有一定的借鑒和參考意義。
[Abstract]:The admission standard of teachers' pre-service education is the specific requirement for teachers' education institutions to select normal students, and strict and standardized admission standards are conducive to ensuring the quality of teachers' education and teachers' professional development. The admission standard of American pre-service education has gone through a process from scratch, from low standard to high requirement, from test score to comprehensive quality examination, from closed and single to open and pluralistic. This paper analyzes the development process and characteristics of American teachers' pre-service education admission standards, which has some reference significance for the reform of teacher education system and the improvement of teacher training quality in China.
