大學(xué)生自尊、自我和諧和人際和諧的關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the characteristics of self-esteem, self-harmony and interpersonal harmony among college students and to provide basis for mental health education. Methods using cluster, stratification and random sampling methods, using Rosenberg self-esteem scale, self-harmony scale and interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnosis scale, 4 universities were randomly selected from 30 colleges and universities in Anhui Province. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 820 students from 16 classes of 4 grades in each university. Results the average score of college students' self-esteem was (30.71 鹵4.77), which was higher than that of the theoretical median of 25. The level of self-esteem of college students was higher. The difference of self-esteem level in sex (P0. 004), place of origin (P0. 038) and only child (P0. 005) was statistically significant. The average score of self-harmony of college students was (98.66 鹵8.69), among which 112 (13.72%) were in low group, 442 (53.95%) in middle group and 265 (32.33%) in high score group. There was significant difference in the total score of self-harmony between the only child college students (P0. 004) and between the urban and rural college students in the "self stereotype" subscale (P0. 006). Interpersonal harmony, self-esteem and self-harmony are two dimensions of statistical significance. Multiple regression analysis found that when self-esteem variables appeared, The explanation of self harmony variable to interpersonal disturbance decreased from 22. 6% to 12, the standard regression coefficient changed from 0.087 to 0. 035, the interpersonal disturbance decreased from 27. 6% to 13. 1%, the standard regression coefficient changed from 0.104 to 0. 019, and the standard regression coefficient decreased from 30. 9% to 0. 09% The standard regression coefficient changed from 0.079 to 0.020, the heterosexual disturbance decreased from 23.4% to 17.3%, and the standard regression coefficient changed from 0.095 to 0.024. Conclusion self-esteem plays an intermediary role between self-harmony and interpersonal harmony. By cultivating college students' self-esteem and achieving self-harmony and interpersonal harmony, they can improve their mental health level.
