【摘要】：在對當(dāng)前高校心理健康教育課程教學(xué)的困境進(jìn)行簡要分析的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者認(rèn)為要轉(zhuǎn)變以往的教學(xué)理念,必須在積極心理學(xué)的框架下開展心理健康教育課程的教學(xué)活動。通過培養(yǎng)積極心理品質(zhì)、關(guān)注積極心理體驗、選取積極教學(xué)題材等策略,來實現(xiàn)心理健康教育課程對大學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)和優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Based on the brief analysis of the difficulties in the teaching of mental health education in colleges and universities, the author thinks that the teaching activities of mental health education must be carried out under the framework of positive psychology in order to change the former teaching ideas. By cultivating the positive psychological quality, paying attention to the positive psychological experience and selecting the positive teaching subject matter, we can realize the cultivation and optimization of the psychological quality of the college students in the course of mental health education.
