【摘要】：隨遷子女教育問題日益受到全社會的關注,根據(jù)國家"兩為主"政策,公辦學校是隨遷子女教育的主要載體。2011年,上海市浦東新區(qū)對89所學校的隨遷子女受教育情況進行了調研,結果表明:與民辦學校相比,公辦學校在隨遷子女教育中具有各方面的優(yōu)勢,即公辦學校的設施設備配置更為完善,教師學歷專業(yè)素養(yǎng)更高,課程與教學更為規(guī)范有效,家長和學生的滿意度更高。但同時,公辦學校在隨遷子女的教育方面也存在一定的缺位現(xiàn)象,即教師對隨遷子女教育的認識存在誤區(qū),教育教學過程中缺乏針對性指導,教師與家長的聯(lián)系不夠緊密,隨遷子女的學業(yè)評價不夠規(guī)范等。因此,政府應進一步完善政府的公共教育職能,加強政府、學校、家庭、社區(qū)和合作,改善公辦學校隨遷子女教育的質量,從而進一步促進教育的公平、公正。
[Abstract]:According to the "two-oriented" policy of the state, public schools are the main carriers of the education of the migrant children. In 2011, a survey was conducted in Pudong New Area of Shanghai on the education of the migrant children in 89 schools. The results show that, compared with the private schools, the public schools have a significant role in the education of the migrant children. There are many advantages, that is, the facilities and equipments of public schools are more perfect, the teachers'academic qualifications and professional qualities are higher, the curriculum and teaching are more standardized and effective, and the satisfaction of parents and students is higher. Therefore, the government should further improve the public education function of the government, strengthen the government, schools, families, communities and cooperation, and improve the quality of education for the children in public schools. Education is fair and just.
