教師倫理規(guī)范的制度屬性及其建構(gòu)

【摘要】:教師倫理規(guī)范的制度建設(shè)在教師道德精神結(jié)構(gòu)中具有重要作用,對教師倫理規(guī)范問題的討論只有回歸到制度建設(shè)上來才具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。中國近代已有的理論探索以及其他國家和地區(qū)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)所給予的啟發(fā)是:應(yīng)辨析教師倫理規(guī)范的制度屬性,明確建立教師倫理規(guī)范存在的必要,界定教師倫理規(guī)范建構(gòu)的專業(yè)化內(nèi)容以及應(yīng)有的建構(gòu)程序。教師倫理規(guī)范建設(shè)將彌補(bǔ)當(dāng)前非正式制度缺位,使教師制度體系趨于完備。
[Abstract]:The institutional construction of teachers' ethical norms plays an important role in the structure of teachers' moral spirit, and it is of practical significance to discuss the problems of teachers' ethical norms only if they return to the construction of institutions. The theoretical exploration in modern China and the practical experience of other countries and regions have been inspired by the following points: the institutional attributes of teachers' ethical norms should be distinguished and the necessity of establishing teachers' ethical norms should be clearly defined. Define the professional content and construction procedure of teachers' ethical norms. The construction of teachers' ethical norms will make up for the absence of informal institutions and make the teacher system more complete.
