【摘要】：近幾年來,隨著國家對教師再教育的大力提倡,教師的在職培訓引起各級學校的廣泛關注與重視,越來越多的學校組織了各種形式的教師培訓活動。培訓帶來的好處顯而易見,調查顯示,很多教師反映培訓后自己的知識、技能得到了提升,非常珍視難得的培訓機會。 筆者作為華東師范大學網(wǎng)絡教育學院培訓研發(fā)部的實習生,有幸對教師培訓獲得了一定程度的了解。本研究是在統(tǒng)計分析了教師培訓中存在的問題出發(fā),提出了把電子檔案袋應用于教師培訓中,為教師培訓提供知識管理、學習反思、協(xié)作交流、學習評價的工具。 鑒于當前云計算技術的蓬勃發(fā)展與各種應用的開展,本文介紹了云計算,論述了利用云計算為教師培訓服務的價值。通過對當前集成化的云環(huán)境百會網(wǎng)進行充分的分析,選取百會網(wǎng)這個個性化的學習環(huán)境作為教師培訓電子檔案袋的平臺。結合本檔案袋構建一套完整的、可操作的教師培訓項目教學設計方案與培訓實施流程。 接下來,通過對教師培訓活動進行深入的研究,分析出學員評價因素,利用層次分析法,構建出學員綜合表現(xiàn)評價因素指標模型,并進行模型求解獲得各級評價指標的權重,然后用模糊數(shù)學評價法對學員進行評價。此外,筆者還設計了學員學習反思與小組簡報評價量規(guī),用于對學員進行知識與技能方面的評價。 然后,利用構建的電子檔案袋開展了一輪教師培訓,并在培訓結束后對學員開展評價。本期培訓作為研究的案例,分析應用電子檔案袋開展培訓的效果如何,以便為后續(xù)的改進提供資料。 最后,對培訓實踐和論文成果進行了總結,指出了不足之處,探討了后續(xù)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the great promotion of teachers' re-education, teachers' in-service training has attracted wide attention and attention from schools at all levels. More and more schools have organized various forms of teacher training activities. The benefits of training are obvious. Surveys show that many teachers reflect their knowledge and skills have been improved. A rare opportunity for training is highly valued. As an intern in the Research and Development Department of online Education College of East China normal University, I was fortunate to get a certain degree of understanding of teacher training. This study is based on the statistical analysis of the problems in teacher training. This paper puts forward the application of electronic portfolio in teacher training, which provides tools for teacher training such as knowledge management, learning reflection, cooperative communication and learning evaluation. In view of the booming development of cloud computing technology and the development of various applications, this paper introduces cloud computing. This paper discusses the value of using cloud computing as a service for teacher training, and makes a full analysis of the current integrated cloud environment Baihui network. This paper selects Baihui net, a personalized learning environment, as the platform of electronic portfolio for teacher training, and constructs a set of complete and operable teaching design scheme and training implementation flow of teacher training project combined with this portfolio. Then, through the in-depth study of teacher training activities, the factors of student evaluation are analyzed, and the evaluation factor index model of students' comprehensive performance is constructed by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then the evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the students. In addition, the author also designs the rethinking of students and the evaluation gauge of group briefing. Used to evaluate students' knowledge and skills. Then, using the constructed electronic portfolio to carry out a round of teacher training, and evaluation of the trainees after the training. This training as a case study, analysis of the effectiveness of the application of electronic portfolio training. In order to provide information for subsequent improvements. Finally, the paper summarizes the training practice and paper results, points out the shortcomings, and discusses the future research direction.
