【摘要】：目的了解云南省城市大中學(xué)生吸煙情況及其影響因素,為制定青少年控?zé)熣咛峁┛茖W(xué)依據(jù)。方法以分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,抽取9 880名云南省城市在校大、中學(xué)生進(jìn)行青少年健康危險(xiǎn)行為調(diào)查。結(jié)果大中學(xué)生嘗試吸煙率、吸完一整支煙報(bào)告率、第一次吸完整支煙時(shí)≤13歲構(gòu)成比、近期吸煙率分別為43.1%,36.0%,52.6%和23.2%,不同人口學(xué)變量學(xué)生吸煙行為報(bào)告率之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;Logistic逐步回歸分析顯示,經(jīng)濟(jì)片區(qū)、學(xué)校類型、性別和總體學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)等人口學(xué)變量對(duì)嘗試和近期吸煙行為具有顯著預(yù)測(cè)作用。結(jié)論云南省城市大中學(xué)生吸煙行為較為嚴(yán)重。應(yīng)注意學(xué)校類型等影響因素,有針對(duì)性地開展青少年吸煙行為預(yù)防和干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the smoking status and its influencing factors of urban middle and college students in Yunnan Province, and to provide scientific basis for making tobacco control policy for adolescents. Methods stratified random cluster sampling method was used. A total of 9 880 urban middle school students in Yunnan province were selected to investigate the health risk behaviors of adolescents. Results the smoking rate and the report rate of smoking a whole cigarette were reported. The proportion of smoking was less than 13 years old at the first time of smoking. The smoking rate in the near future was 43.1% and 23.2%, respectively. There were significant differences in the reporting rate of smoking behavior among students with different demographic variables. Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that the economic area, school type. Demographic variables such as gender and overall learning achievement have significant predictive effects on smoking behavior in the near future and try. Conclusion smoking behavior of urban high school students in Yunnan Province is more serious. Attention should be paid to school types and other influencing factors. The prevention and intervention of adolescent smoking behavior should be carried out.
