【摘要】：SC教育培訓(xùn)中心為一家隸屬于事業(yè)單位、有著20多年辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗、以外語培訓(xùn)為主的教育培訓(xùn)機構(gòu),SC中心教學(xué)場地寬敞,教學(xué)設(shè)施完備,教學(xué)環(huán)境優(yōu)雅,師資力量雄厚,社會口碑較好,社會影響力較大,辦學(xué)以來經(jīng)營業(yè)績一直較好。但近幾年來,SC教育培訓(xùn)中心出現(xiàn)了業(yè)績持續(xù)下滑的情況。為找出問題,尋求解決辦法,SC教育培訓(xùn)中心進行了一次管理診斷。本診斷報告為對SC教育培訓(xùn)中心管理診斷的工作成果。報告在盡職調(diào)查基礎(chǔ)上了解SC教育培訓(xùn)中心的管理,用問題樹分析法對SC教育培訓(xùn)中心的存在問題進行層層剖析,確定診斷的對象;然后,筆者從外部環(huán)境因素和內(nèi)部因素兩大方面對SC中心進行綜合診斷。其中外部環(huán)境因素包括政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、技術(shù)和市場競爭因素,內(nèi)部診斷包括內(nèi)部資源、戰(zhàn)略管理、組織管理、人力資源管理、市場營銷管理、教學(xué)管理、客戶服務(wù)管理等。診斷通過分析內(nèi)外各種因素對SC教學(xué)與培訓(xùn)中心的影響,并找出相應(yīng)的解決對策。然后,筆者對這些影響和解決對策進行整理、歸納,并對各解決方案就重要程度、難易程度進行評估,從中找出最優(yōu)的解決方案。
[Abstract]:SC education training center is a public institution affiliated with, has 20 years of experience in education, education and training institutions in the foreign language training center, SC teaching spacious venue, teaching facilities, teaching environment, teacher strength, good social reputation, social influence, school performance has been better. But since the recent for years, SC education and training center has performance continues to decline. In order to find out the problems and seek solutions, SC education and training center conducted a management diagnosis. The diagnostic reports for the SC education and training center management diagnosis work. Report to understand SC education and training center management due diligence on the basis of. By analyzing the analysis of the existing problems of SC education and Training Center for the problem tree, confirmed the diagnosis of the object; then, the author from the external environment and internal factors two generous face SC Center For a comprehensive diagnosis. The external environment include politics, economy, society, technology and market competition factors, including internal diagnosis of internal resources, strategic management, organizational management, human resource management, marketing management, teaching management, customer service management. Through the analysis of internal and external diagnosis effect of various factors on SC teaching and training center, and find out the corresponding solutions. Then, the influence and Countermeasures of finishing, induction, and the solution is of importance, to assess the degree of difficulty, to find the optimal solution from it.
