美國SREB學(xué)分互認(rèn)的政策與實踐

【摘要】:2002年美國南部地區(qū)教育委員會之遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)政策實驗室的學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)子委員會提交了一份政策報告,核心部分是11條政策建議。2007年該報告的所有建議在南部地區(qū)的16個州基本都得到了落實。通過歷史縱向分析,筆者認(rèn)為這個政策報告的特殊性和成功之處在于它順應(yīng)了信息時代網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育發(fā)展的潮流,將學(xué)分互認(rèn)適時的與遠(yuǎn)程教育結(jié)合在了一起,對實踐的發(fā)展起到了明顯的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In 2002, the Student transfer subcommittee of the distance Learning Policy Laboratory of the Southern Regional Board of Education submitted a policy report, the core of which was 11 policy recommendations. In 2007, all the recommendations of the report were basically implemented in 16 states in the southern region. Through the longitudinal analysis of history, the author believes that the particularity and success of this policy report lies in that it conforms to the trend of the development of network education in the information age, combines credit mutual recognition with distance education in a timely manner, and plays an obvious guiding role in the development of practice.
