【摘要】：正全國人大代表、北京師范大學(xué)教授龐麗娟在今年兩會(huì)中建議中央政府設(shè)立國家貧困地區(qū)義務(wù)教育教師特殊津貼。范圍與對象:國家貧困地區(qū)教師特殊津貼的發(fā)放對象應(yīng)主要是工作在我國貧困農(nóng)村、山區(qū)、邊遠(yuǎn)、民族地區(qū),在編且在崗的中小學(xué)專任教師。檔次及劃分原則:建議將國家貧困地區(qū)教師特殊津貼劃分檔次:(1)以教師所處地區(qū)的貧困程度為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),
